My husband and I stopped by on our way to a meet-and-greet with a rescue dog, and since we'd never been to Dutch Bros before, we asked Bailey for a recommendation. She suggested the Golden Eagle, and it was delicious! What really stood out, though, was Bailey's kindness and customer service. When she saw our dogs in the back seat, she offered pup cups and asked where we were headed. After hearing we were on our way to meet a rescue dog who has been waiting years for a forever home, she surprised us with a bag filled with treats, whipped cream, and extra pup cups to share with the rescue dogs. You can tell Bailey genuinely loves animals and loves what she does. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. The coffee was great, the service was fast, and the customer service was exceptional. Bailey and the entire Dutch Bros team made our day. Thank you for the kindness and hospitality. We will definitely be back! <3

The lady at the first window (blonde hair) came across as very rude. When I pulled up, I was on the phone with my pastor discussing plans for my grandfather's funeral. I politely said, "Give me a second," so I could take out my headphone and let my pastor know I was placing my order. Instead of waiting a moment, she immediately turned around and walked away to the other window. Maybe it was a misunderstanding, but it felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially given what I was dealing with today. I usually look forward to the friendly customer service here, but this experience was disappointing.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
