    Multiple times I have come here. I do not get the soft top on my drink that is supposed to have it included. I usually order online to pick up at this location and more than once I have not gotten the soft top. That is the best part of the drink!

    That’s the second time I’m in a hurry to get to an appointment, but I wanna stop to get a coffee and they have the double line system, but you can’t see which lines gonna be shorter when you get there so even if I hop into a line and then someone else comes in after me, they’ll go take the other people’s orders before they take mine. Ivan tried telling the young man taking the orders. Hey I was here first can you get me and he said no I have to get the person in the other line. I think it’s a pretty stupid system that you can’t keep track of who got in line 1st. I’ve never heard of any business or coffee shop taking a customer’s order who came in after a different customer. This time I just found my way out of the line decided not to order so I’m not late to my meeting. Keep in mind I had already sat there for 10 minutes. They need a better system or a way of keeping track of who got to the coffee shop first because this way is ridiculous.
