    Ryan is hands down the best Dutch bro I have ever encountered and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I have the perfect drink every time. He always greets me with genuine warmth and even remembers my overly complicated and customized drink orders during the busiest morning rushes! He deserves the upmost recognition from everyone at Dutch ! Thank you Ryan, I don’t know how you do it!

    I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and I truly cannot express how much of a difference having this Dutch bros near my house has made in my life !! Hear me out, I used to be a Starbucks drinker , and I was getting so tired of my coffee always tasting burnt and spending a small fortune for cruddy service. And then this Dutch bros opens by my house and I go and try it , because why not right?? Instantly some of the sweetest, most personable , and caring baristas I have EVER met when I get my coffee and tea. (Which is EVERY DAY!) I instantly became a Dutch bros girly from that point forward. Everyone there knows my order, my face, my name, even when my husband goes to get our drinks he doesn’t know our order but they do!! MJ always asks me how my events that I tell her about were, even if it’s been a minute since I last saw her, it’s so sweet she remembers! I love getting to yap about the things I’ve done!! Kari is so sweet and always asks how my babies are doing and talks with my son when we come through ! She’s truly the best and it makes my heart happy that she cares about my babies! Ryan is always so kind when I come through and always has such a big smile on his face , he has such a great personality and it makes coming through the drive thru so easy! Charlie and I always have the best conversations when I see her, she is so kind, down to earth, and bubbly !! She has such a genuine kindness and authentic personality. I love seeing her when I go through! Red is so lovely to talk to!! I absolutely love seeing her sweet face when I go through. Chatting with her is so natural and she has such a comforting energy! She’s always on top of my order and always reminds me if I miss something in my own order! Michael is always so fun to talk to when I see him in the evening, I definitely leave giggling when we get to chat!! He has a kind of vibe that can make people feel comfortable pretty quickly! Mia is so easy going and funny , she always knows just what I want , and her good natured vibe can put my mind at ease even during chaotic mornings! Chau is so friendly and always does a great job remembering my orders even down to the cinnamon sprinkles on my coffee!! I love seeing her sweet smile when I come through to get my coffee! Dailey just recently started but put in such an enthusiastic effort to remembering my orders right away! It became a fun little game between her and I and I’m going to miss her so much!! Naz is always ready to put in my order for my tea when he sees my car in the evenings ! I always love our silly evening chats when I’m waiting for my order ! Derek is such a sweet soul who’s always smiling, He always is excited to see me and it makes my heart so happy !! He just has such a genuine personality, which makes it easy to talk with him! Rey has such a friendly personality and I love hearing his “heys!” in the morning, even through crazy morning rushes ! He knows multiple of my coffee orders ! My son loves getting to show him a fun Lego or pokemon card when he can! Mel is always so kind and sweet , I miss seeing her!! Even during the most chaotic rushes, she always had such a bubbly personality still! Bee is a newer face to me but is so enthusiastic already and seems to really fit in with the positivity of the shop! Lauren is also a newer face to me but already brings such a fun and bubbly energy to the team! To everyone at my Dutch bros shop, a big thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a big part of my life already!! I appreciate each and every one of yall so so much ! I hope corporate knows what an amazing and genuine team they have at this Broadway location!!
