Service was great, even during peak rush hours. Will never go to another location again after what this one has shown me. Keep up the great work and send every Dutch Bros employee to this location to learn from the best.
- ALAndy LorJun 14, 20261.006/14/2026 roughly 4:45pm. Drove up to this dutch bros because my PREGNANT wife wanted a DECAF PICTURE PERFECT DUTCH CANYON WITH WHIPPED CREAM. After the broista took our order we then proceeded to wait a full 30 mins while they, what I can only conclude is messing up multiple orders. When we got up to the window we then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes as our drink (Singular) was not ready. When we received our drink. It was not remotely close to the PICTURE PERFECT AND I KNOW BECAUSE ITS MY GO TO DRINK. I also have to mention that as the broista handled the drink to me she muffled CARMELIZER. I then asked to confirm if this was in fact a DECAF PICTURE PERFECT DUTCH CANYON. She insisted that it is. And retracted the drink to add a small amount of Carmel topping. THATS DOES NOT MAKE IT THE SAME DRINK. Now if you know anything about the PICTURE PERFECT DUTCH CANYON you'd know exactly how it should look. I mean they even have a picture of it on the menu. SO IN CONCLUSION DO NOT GO TO THIS DUTCH BROS. BROISTAS ARE A JOKE HERE AT THIS LOCATION. I ALSO HAD USED MY FREE DRINK FOR THIS SO THAT SUCKS ON MY PART

I ordered a couple of drinks and the guy taking my order seemed to be more focused on his phone and not wanting to be there than to make sure the order was accurate. Then I get to the window and I realize this location makes their drinks different. I’ve gotten the banana bread mocha since it came out and it always comes with the soft top (even on the picture) but apparently they don’t do it. So I apologized and asked if I could get it, prepared to pay. The girl at the window said it was okay and the girl next to her with purple pink hair made a comment and then proceeded to give an ugly look.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
