- JLJocelyn Lopez3 days ago1.0Please save yourself a bad experience and coffee and go to a different location. I ordered a couple of drinks and the guy taking my order seemed to be more focused on his phone and not wanting to be there than to make sure the order was accurate. Then I get to the window and I realize this location makes their drinks different. I’ve gotten the banana bread mocha since it came out and it always comes with the soft top (even on the picture) but apparently they don’t do it. So I apologized and asked if I could get it, prepared to pay. The girl at the window said it was okay and the girl next to her with purple pink hair made a comment and then proceeded to give an ugly look.

I come here pretty frequently (more than id like to admit) for their Lavender oatmilk lattes(highly recommend) and despite always being busy, they always have a smile on their face and make conversation. I'm on the road alot and even had great podcast recommendations from one of their staff members. Well I pulled up and one of their associates (i forgot to ask her name) was standing outside in the drizzly weather/no umbrella. Just waiting for customers, happy as can be. I can't even remember what we talked about specifically but she told me i was always polite when I visited and we made small talk. I worked at the busiest/first drive thru Starbucks in England a long long time ago for 3 years. It humbled me and made me sincerely appreciate good service and good people. Thank you Dutch Bros for providing that with your atmosphere and your team.

He gave us his honest opinion and was such a sweet person. He definitely took the customer service to the next level, such a breath of fresh air to experience this! Dutch take care of these employees! Definitely would make me fly back here to get some Dutch!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
