    The team at this location is consistently kind and efficient! I’ve never had any issues with my orders or customer service here, and they truly deserve recognition for their outstanding and consistent performance. Today’s order was no exception. I placed a mobile order for something a bit different from my usual order, and I was blown away. This is the best drink I’ve had all year! Thank you to the Dutch Bros team at this location, y’all ATE!

    Literally my FAVORITE Dutch Bros!! I order here EVERY day!!! Mari made my day when she recognized me and asked where I had been since I’ve been ordering online and someone else is picking it up for me. Sam is amazing as well, I get to see them on the weekends when I get to pick up my coffee in person lol

    I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with the timeframe I had to receive my Dutch bros order. I asked for 1 kid size shake, and 1 small chocolate milk. It’s taken over 10+ mins to get my drinks, and I’d understand if it was a complicated order, but I didn’t ask for any modifications whatsoever. The only reason I am giving an extra star is because one of the workers named Came up to me finally after waiting for so long and asked what I had ordered and started to make my order. My order should have been entered as soon as I paid; because that’s what I’m expecting. If I pay for an order at any place, usually the employees start making it right away. The worker who didn’t start working on my order is named Sam . I am a very busy mom, as many woman are, so this is just very unacceptable. Time is precious and valuable, and I dislike that I had to wait so long for these 2 items. I’m thankful that the employee Blake was very kind and started my order finally after waiting for so long. If I had to give Blake a rating on his own I’d rate him a 10, but for Sam- I would likely give him a 0. I will not be coming back here, waiting 10+ mins for drinks is insane. Starbucks is down the street and I’ve never waited this long for a Starbucks order. I will be waiting for a manager to reach out to me.
