- LGLisa G4 days ago3.0I feel like the consistency of service and accuracy of the baristas has fallen short in the past month or 2..I don't know if they have new management, but I've been there once where they forgot to upload $50 cash to a gift card and I thought I had money on it, I went to another Dutch and they said it hadn't even uploaded it..The day I was at this sw military dutch it seemed chaotic and the baristas were scatter brained and were all over the place. And then recently, I went late night to get a Nitro and the barista disappeared for a while, and she came back and said that there were no nitros at all in the Dutch brothers, which I've never heard of that ... I mean, I don't think a lot of people get Nitro's, so it was shocking that they were out.So it probably just means that the management is behind on ordering things, I didn't like that we had to go to another location that wasn't in the area which wasn't the best drink either... sorry potranco. but this location does have consistent drinks and the way that they taste..So that's why I gave it at three. Also, I get some agitated looking baristas here alot. Where have all the friendly baristas gonnnnneeeee?:/ A smile goes a long way:))

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
