    Sierra was a delight! I'm glad she repeated my full order at the window or it could have been a long night! The entire time ahe was extremely friendly and professional. Had no issues correcting my order and kept her friendly demeanor! She made my experience an exceptional one! I will return to that location.

    This is my second time trying Dutch boys and I love it. Angel took care of me and help me place my order. He was so kind, patient and really personable. I’m grateful that I got to meet him. They also had my drink ready extremely fast. I got the golden eagle which is amazing! Also, the young man at the window was nice as well! Mj

    I've been to many Dutch Bros and this is by far the slowest service. If I were you I'd go Starbucks right down the road. Monday morning rush service probably isnt the best time to be sitting and babysitting a trainee.

    Me and my wife were regulars at this dutch bros (by the sprouts market) until today. Around 12:30pm my wife went to get a coffee and was completely DISRESPECTED and HUMILIATED by the staff working that shift. She ordered a coffee with fat free milk and pulled up to the window. I guess they didn't notice she was already there because the staff proceeded to make fun of my wife's order and call her disrespectful things i can't even mention in this review. As regulars at this location i am extremely disturbed and disappointed in the way the staff acted bullying my wife and laughing at her. is this how the staff is trained to interact with customers??? DISRESPECTFUL??? JUDGMENTAL??? UNPROFESSIONAL??? DO NOT go to this location because they are clearly not trained on good customer service. On top of that they are horrible people. Treating anyone like this customer or not is not okay and we won't be back to this dutch bros ever again. I'm not sure where the manager was while this was happening but they are not doing their job if their staff is behaving this way and making people feel like shit for just getting a coffee. Everyone working there should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated my wife who gives them business on a regular basis. Do better.

    TERRIBLE experience. I came by to pick up a coffee before work with ENOUGH time btw. I waited in the line for 15 mins. Cars were not moving at all. Finally, as I’m behind the person who’s at the window I notice that they’re just talking (the employee and customer) and laughing and NOTHING is being done. Will probably never stop at this location again because how is it I have ENOUGH time to get coffee and still end up being LATE because their EMPLOYEES are too busy laughing and having a great time. TERRIBLE
