I am there every morning and they remember my name and my drink is perfect EVERYTIME. They even give my granddaughter whip cream cups every weekend. You girls should be ashamed of yourselfs working at a very top tier coffee shop and representing this location with the worst customer service. If a customer has an issue with the app, and it interferes w/ the order, then instead of the rude and sarcastic tone, offer assistance instead. There is no need for the sacrasism to us, the customer, and reflecting this behavior to your team because your annoyed, all this did was cause more rude and sarcastic behavior from your team inside! We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
