  Very, very, unacceptable, and rude customer service from the morning crew today, 5/18/26. You girls should be ashamed of yourselfs working at a very top tier coffee shop and representing this location with the worst customer service. If a customer has an issue with the app, and it interferes w/ the order, then instead of the rude and sarcastic tone, offer assistance instead. There is no need for the sacrasism to us, the customer, and reflecting this behavior to your team because your annoyed, all this did was cause more rude and sarcastic behavior from your team inside! Again, shame on you! Go get another job! Because you at the wrong one, making bad days this early in the morning!!! Yes, email sent to corporate/customer service team.

  1st of all. I've been to dutch bros all over the city and never had a bad experience like this morning. I am 8 or 9 cars back and I see no one coming out to take orders and the line is moving super slow in 8 mins it moved 2 cars at the most. They took 8 or 9 mins. So when cars pulled up enough I got into the other lane and left. I guess your shorter handed, but for this nationally known company that is pathetic! The employee was taking orders at the window! Why not put in a intercom? All these trying to be more personal and you failed HTeaO has better coffee and better staff. I won't be back to any dutch bros locations after that!

  Always amazing. Even when the line is long, I appreciate that they guide people on which car to get behind because it keeps things moving smoothly and avoids confusion. Today they impressed me even more, and I honestly didn’t think that was possible because the service is consistently great. I ordered a drink and they took the extra step to verify whether I wanted the regular or sugar free version. I normally get sugar free, so I really appreciated them checking instead of assuming. It may seem like a small thing and definitely beyond what I’d reasonably expect, but that level of attention and care stood out to me.

  Fast and friendly staff. I usually order at the walk-up window. There aren't any tables or benches; I guess they don't want anyone hanging around because of limited parking

  This is my least favorite Dutch bros , been here twice and had not so good service , my first visit did a online order when it was time to pick up the girl at the window was like oh I didn’t know there was a online order then she complained to the other employees how she didn’t want to make my coffee because her preference is making energy drinks and she hates making coffee drinks/ yet I’m still waiting on a online order to made for a small coffee that should have been ready 25 minutes ago-the other employees just told her to make she made it sloppy and with no coffee/ my second visit was because I wanted to give this location a second chance I did another online order but just for a large water only water I ordered one person in drive thru and the customer who ordered a small coffee after me got theirs in like two minutes I’m waiting for a cup of water paid for in advance for 15 minutes this location is a joke I go to my normal Dutch bros off Bandera where service is a lot faster and I don’t have to wait almost 30 minutes for one drink while others get there’s in less than two
