    I went to take my friend to get a coffee, my black friend, two young women what looked to appear to be women, were very racist to him, I asked him what their problem was and how they could have the heart to be that racist We winded up not even taking our coffee and leaving immediately, these people need to be fired and never be employed by Dutch Brothers again

    We stopped by for a simple drink. A strawberry Colada. The picture looked appealing, perfect cool drink for a hot day. Then… we received it and… it was the pictures ugly cousin. It didn’t look appealing but sometimes you cut your losses and move on. We asked for a straw and she dropped it into our hands… leading it to fall onto the floor. She saw it, she looked at it, then just turned around and moved on. Just ignoring the fact that the straw fell. We were starting to move on when we saw her laugh, just smirking at us and giggling. Now you might think, ‘oh, what if she wasn’t laughing at us?’ Well, when you’re the only one there, no coworkers around her, and the straw just fell, you tend to arrive at the fact that she is laughing at you. It wasn’t exactly the drink’s fault since, everyone knows the drink won’t look how the picture is, but the main issue is attitude. To try to give you one straw with two drinks, to laugh when it falls, to be dismissive when you attempt to ask for another. That’s where the line is drawn. That’s where it goes from ugly to drink to ugly attitude.
