- LCLeslie CamachoSep 8, 20261.0Is there such a thing as a Black Hole in coffee flavor? Because I think I just found it at this Dunkin’ location in Terminal B, next to the car rental center. I spent $25 on coffee that was essentially warm, tasteless water. For a brand like Dunkin’, this is incredibly disappointing and, frankly, disgraceful. Customers should not be paying premium prices for a product that doesn’t remotely resemble the coffee they expect from Dunkin’. I strongly encourage someone from the franchise or corporate team to come and personally inspect the quality of the products being served at this location. Something is clearly not right when coffee can be this flavorless and still be sold under the Dunkin’ name. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the quality and preparation standards at this location. $25 for warm water is not acceptable.
