  Worst coffee I've ever had and saddest looking sandwich I've ever seen. Had to drive to the valero to get some cream and ice for my iced coffee. And my sandwich didnt have cream. Either go to another location or none at all 🤮🤮🤮

  This location is just okay. I've been many times. The workers are really polite and pleasant, but the owners are extremely deadpan and unwelcoming. When I got a drink with light ice, the lady owner left like half of the cup empty and then scolded a worker who later saw the cup on the counter and topped it off with milk. The workers also seem pretty untrained/slow to make drink orders, but that might just be the fact that Dunkin comes out with like 10 new concoctions every week and that's a lot of recipes to remember. The pastries are also pretty dry and honestly far inferior to HEB in my opinion, which might be a universal Dunkin things nowadays, I haven't been to another location recently. The hot food is fine, but it would be hard to mess up stuff that comes frozen and gets put in a timed oven to serve. They're also constantly running out of ingredients. It's kinda crazy how they're not even really cheaper than Starbucks anymore. Also, when I came last time, there was no music playing at all which felt very awkward when I had to wait a while for my order and there weren't any other people there.

  Went in Made my order. Employees started making other orders & I told a Gen Z Hispanic lady I'm waiting on a coffee cake. She ignored me and made another drink. 2 other customers were like you don't have to make my drink can you give him his coffee cake Terrible

  If you are supposed to be open by 5am and are not, and you "Clearly" can see people, but ignore them, then when they call and your response is we had a late start to our day, yeah no. Do better. There were three employees there. No excuse for this sort of behavior.
