Pleasant interaction, had placed mobile order. On arrival, order was ready to go. Daughter stated she loved the Matcha drink. It was great to be able to find this Dunkin Donuts open past 10:00p.m. and be able to enjoy the drink and donuts.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a medium latte. Attendant seemed to have no care in the world of the lapsed wait time nor of the long line of cars. I had to instruct him on how to make my drink and it was still made wrong.

Wanted to redeem my rewards for a free refresher. Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. The young girl with the glasses gave me my drink but it was the wrong cold foam(that I didn’t ask for) and looked like it didn’t have any oat milk. I usually go to my closest location so I know what it’s supposed to look like. I asked her to fix the cold foam since I didn’t like the strawberry one and to please add oat milk. She confirmed with me and I got my drink back but it looked like she just switched the cold foam out. Fine. But didn’t add oat milk. So I took it and parked instead to go inside thinking maybe it was just busy inside. Nope. There was only a family of 4 sat down eating their desserts. Then while I waited in line to have them fix it again, the customer in front of me also was complaining about there not being any almond milk in her coffee. The employee just looked at it as if questing the customer and reluctantly added more almond milk. Then when that customer said “Thank you”, the same employee just turned away with attitude. The customer asked for her name to most likely complain about her as well. At this point, I really wanted a refund since this is the third time it has to be “fixed”. But since I claimed my rewards, a refund isn’t equivalent to the amount of orders I did to get this reward. I just told her to add more oat milk so I can leave with, of course, the attitude. Just an overall bad experience at this location. No apology or offers of any kind for the inconvenience. I guess it’s somewhat comforting to know I wasn’t the only one with the bad experience at this time. This specific employee needs better training or management needs to be better involved with the employees and the service. I work retail. So I know how it can be. But if you don’t know how to do a task or fix the issue or find a solution, then get someone else or management to step in.

Dunkin is unfortunately another company that decided to jump on the “guilt tip” bandwagon. This location started pushing the tip screen in your face a few months ago, of course before you even see the product. Tipping is for SERVICE, not for donations. Also, even if I wanted to tip for what I thought was exceptional service in a drive-thru, how would if you are prompting me BEFORE I get the service or product?

This was just after 11 am, when we went to order, we had to change our order 3 times due to not having items. Supplies Program is definitely slacking here, given you still have over 10 hrs until you close for the day. Finally we settle for something we didn’t come for and no apologies nor discount or a free item when we came to the window. Then when she tells me the order, I ask if the first drink was PB & J Laté. She called it something else initially, so I was just clarifying. But the sass wasn’t needed. This is my first time coming here in like 6-7 yrs, now I see why … then when we drove off, it didn’t even taste like PB & J. Had my daughter taste it too and she didn’t taste it either.
