The employee kept saying, “Please hold,” so we assumed he was helping another customer and we waited patiently. Eventually, we had to leave because no one ever came back to take our order. To make matters worse, vehicles started to arrive behind us also ended up leaving because no one was helping customers. The gentleman had nobody at the side window and no customers inside as well. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. It felt like the employee simply didn’t want to work or help the customers waiting in line. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have the same frustrating experience.
