Being required to select a tip amount as the first thing you see when making payment is a new low. Three people behind the counter, best described as chaos.

I can't wait for robots to take these peoples jobs specifically. How hard is it to make sure the lid is all the way on the hot drink? I hate to even be on here leaving a review but holy these people suck at their very easy jobs, and I could be more understanding if it was highschoolers failing at their entry level position tasks but these are fully grown adults that cant do these tasks. Pathetic establishment.

“Unprofessional experience. If a business accepts cash, it should be able to provide proper change—no exceptions. Instead, customers are left short or forced into awkward workarounds because management hasn’t equipped their staff with the basic tools to do their job. To be clear, this is not the employee’s fault. The attendant was polite and doing their best, but they were set up to fail. This is a management and operational issue, plain and simple. What’s more concerning is that this seems to be happening more and more everywhere. If businesses are going to move away from coins or certain denominations, then pricing needs to reflect that with a clear, consistent rounding policy. You can’t have it both ways—accept cash but not be prepared to handle it properly. Customers shouldn’t be expected to absorb the difference or just ‘deal with it.’ That’s not good service, and it’s not good business. Situations like this erode trust and push people away. Management needs to fix this—either properly stock registers and support your employees, or stop accepting cash altogether. Right now, it sends the message that customer experience isn’t a priority.”

This morning I stopped by to buy my coffee like I do every day. I ordered a Large Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with light ice. When I received my drink, I noticed the cup was only about half full. When I asked the employee about it, she told me she could not add more coffee because, according to the manager, when a customer requests less ice, they are not allowed to add more of the beverage. This left me wondering—am I paying for a cup of ice instead of coffee? I have been a frequent customer for nearly two years, purchasing this drink almost daily at a cost of about $6.92 each time. For that reason, I find this situation unfair and disappointing. As a customer, I expect to receive a product that reflects what I am paying for. I would appreciate it if you could review this policy or provide a clearer explanation, as it does not seem reasonable to pay the same price for a smaller amount of product.
