The charred burnt smell enveloped the interior cabin of my car, it was nauseous! We had to turn around and have it remade. There is no way something that badly burnt, just accidentally got missed as just an accident. Retrain your staff to at least care about food quality.

They made it with ICE and when I was like hey this has ice in it I was given this back yeah even Starbucks don’t scam like that. Last time I’ll be going back to this Dunkin 🙄
