I also own 1,000 (actually 950) shares of Domino stock, so this complaint is important to me. I ordered a New York Styled pizza and it was cut into 8 pieces. Honestly, that's perfectly okay. I make mistakes too and that is a complete NON issue. HOWEVER, when the lady cut it, you could see she new she made a mistake and then she looked at me (because I paid her for my takeout order AND I was the ONLY person in the waiting area) and then she placed my order in the holding bin so she could process other orders. ONLY after waiting 3 to 4 minutes, I finally spoke up and asked if the order in the warming area was mine. AND IT WAS MINE. That's what made me mad. I have ordered Dominos MANY MANY TIMES near my home in Flower Mound, TX, and I have NEVER had this happened before. And when I was told that red peppers and parmesan was $2.14 each, that through me over the edge. It made me so mad, and since I am stock holder, I absolutely have to report this. I expect a response or I report this execution failure in several other ways.
