  Came with my little cousins as a family meal after not seeing them for a while, and Will at RIVERCENTER D&B made our night that much more enjoyable and relaxed. He was a great server but he also made a great environment for my young family. Great food as well, even better games!

  This restaurant and its workers were amazing! The waiter who served us Lunas was very nice and helped us with the menu when we were confused and Oscar was an amazing host who interacted and served us. Overall great experience, would come again.

  Took a group of 70 as a celebration. Everything was on time and ready for us. Staff was great. Biggest gripe was they brought out no condiments with the food. Kind of crazy when serving fries, sliders and tenders. Few of the games were down but not a ton.

  If I could give a zero, I would! First, this location was very difficult to find. Upon finding it I ordered wings ( crazy small) and a burger. I tried to order a chicken ceasar salad, only to be told they were out of the ceasar chicken breast. I advised the waitress that it was OK to use chicken strips as a substitute. She became completely lost and completely ruined my experience. When my burger came out it was black! They cremated my burger!!!!! I have never been so insulted by a chain restaurant as I was tonight! Obviously I sent it back and the waitress advised the the manager was gracious enough to take it off the bill. The manager made zero effort to make this right or even come by the table to apologize. Screw you D&B, you are dead to me and I will never spend another dime in this establishment.

  Very disappointed by my experience at Dave & Buster’s at Rivercenter in San Antonio this evening. My wife and I stopped downstairs to get coffees from Starbucks before heading into Dave & Buster’s. When we attempted to enter, we were told we could not bring our coffees inside due to company policy. What made this especially bewildering is that we planned to spend a significant amount on food, drinks, and games during our visit. I spoke with a manager and explained that we were about to spend well over $200, but there was no flexibility or reasonable accommodation offered for two coffees purchased elsewhere in the same mall. What makes this policy even harder to understand is that Dave & Buster’s chose to operate inside Rivercenter Mall, a destination built around foot traffic between multiple businesses. Mall customers naturally shop, eat, and make purchases from neighboring stores before visiting another business. A policy that effectively penalizes customers for patronizing other businesses in the same mall seems counterproductive and discourages the very foot traffic that helps make a mall location successful. I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service also involves common sense and discretion. Turning away paying customers over two cups of coffee creates a poor first impression and ultimately cost them our business. If this is indeed company policy, I hope management reconsiders it. Policies should support the customer experience, not undermine it.
