  Xavier was such a great host, made the dinner experience an adventure! We just lost our dog of 12 years…& brought our girls out to bring some happiness. Without knowing xavier was engaging, let us know of all the options available and helped explain games! Food was also delicious (which doesn’t happen often at game places!) such a special evening, or as he said “rockstar evening”

  Forego this place. We’ve been twice this year (second time was a second chance) and the food was terrible once again. I told the waitress it wasn’t good before we even got into the food very far and she said, “Oh, well do you need anything else from me?” and didn’t even TRY to have a discussion about it, let alone get the manager. I’m not one to try and get free food, so we just spent $75 on a meal we couldn’t even eat half of. I like D&B’s, but this location is a bust.

  This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!! I came to Dave & busters to pass some time before a meeting during a real estate conference at the convention center. I walked in only wanting to spend like $40 and left spending like $160. I never really have been into arcades super much , but my experience here definitely made it feel like a whole different place! One of the managers Randell was helpful when I asked questions and the tech Victoria made it even more fun by offering tips on games in the arcade and even offering to challenge me and my friend to a game and beat us pretty handily lol! Overall it’s the most fun I’ve had at an arcade just from the great interactions the staff had , everyone was friendly and made it feel like a place just to have fun and let loose! Ended up spending the time I needed to pass here and thoroughly enjoying it !

  Service and food was very nice! The waitress was very kind and patient, and would appear right at the perfect time. The food was super yummy! Ordered the Classic Gold fingers for myself, my party had gotten the Fish and Chips and Fried Pickles and we were all very satisfied. The waitress helped us with the power card + entree deal and we had a blast playing games afterwards, definitely a game there for everyone, and I got myself a prize afterwards

  Horrible service. 5 in our party and each of our food came one at a time with a 10–20 minute wait in between each food delivery. One person in my party received the wrong plate. Then she mixed up the steaks that we ordered. One ordered medium well done with their salad, the other medium rare. Their stakes were swapped. The waitress never came to check on us or give us an update. The restaurant is not packed. There are 9 tables around me and 5 are empty, and I see 3 other waitresses cleaning menus. Our drinks have been empty for 30 minutes. 1.5 hours here, and the majority of it is us waiting. I did that before this review and the only thing I got was a simple response stating that someone will talk to management. 👎
