  Service is phenomenal. I come here multiple times a week and have been coming here on that frequency for years. The new upgraded ambiance is awesome. Gives a hotel bar lobby feel in my opinion. Where do I start with phenomenal people who work here? Alex is a champ and good people. Rebekah is cool as shhh! Skyler is good people. Jonathan is good people. Gabby is good people! Lacey is good people. And Lisa the manager, I have seen working her ass off just like all the others I named. I’ve interacted with all and they are the reason I keep showing up. Great job to you all. Keep setting the example on what service should be at establishments for people like me who choose to go to.

  trash over priced food that took forever! waitress was in exstant and when asked for the bill it took another 15 minutes. To top it all of there was a male manager of African decent who kinda made us feel bad for complaining. he did not apologize and essentially showed he did not care about us. we will never be back

  The food is great, service is great, deals are great, our family had a blast celebrating their dad's birthday. The one flaw I noticed was in the game room. Get rid of the small tables where adults are leaving behind alcoholic drinks and no worker is picking these up. I saw a full glass of beer where any kid could have picked it up and drank it. One child was running around with a glass root beer bottle they could have dropped and broke on the tile floor. I know you would think parents are responsible for their children but there are plenty of teenagers around the games as well. Put some workers on the floor if you're allowing drinking around the games to keep the area safe. Just my observations. Had a great time!

  Shoutout to Velma for going above and beyond and finding my husband's wedding band behind a game! My family went to D&B on Friday night and my husband's wedding band flew off his finger after playing the game where you throw the football. We couldn't find it, so we left a note at the front desk with the ring description and our contact info in case it got found or someone turned it in. We got a call from Velma 2 days later letting us know she found it. Thank you Velma! We truly appreciate you.

  We went to celebrate my 51st bday and my son's 24th bday. It was a great time. It was myself, my 79 year old mother, my 83 year old dad, my 24 year old son, my 25 year old daughter in law, my 3 year old grandson, and my 11 month old grandson. Staff was so accommodating in helping us to find a table that met my disabled parents' needs and the needs of my grandkids. Our waitress made sure to have a table ready that was accessible to my parents before she had us walk back. We had a great time eating and we all loved our food. I really, really loved the new cherry bomb wing sauce. We stayed for almost two hours playing games while my older parents relaxed. When we left, I went to get the car so I could pick my disabled parents up from the front door. When I got there, there was a super nice man, a gentleman that works there, Kenneth, helping my mom out. He was really making her feel super comfortable ( he was very friendly and talkative)while helping her and I was really appreciative of that. Next time I go to San Antonio, I'm hoping we can visit this same Dave and Buster's.
