  Food was good for me cause I got a burger, not for the rest of my crew. Salads were welted and chips and dip came with limited chips for the dip (upcharge for more chips). Service was terrible for the place being empty during lunch. Drinks went 10+ minutes empty waiting for waiter to return to refill and food took about 25 minutes, keep in mind the place was empty. Won't come back, too slow of service and not worth the price. $30 for burger, fries and drink at lunch

  They sure love hiring people here that love to fight with customers something happened with my cousin‘s card her tickets got hacked and the manager that was in charge of it. She was being all pissy and moody. And when we finally resolve that issue, my cousin and I went to the bar in the front area, and we saw a waitress being rude and awful towards others And I thought to myself, I would love to work here and fight with everybody and get away with it. Because the Dave & Buster’s back in my hometown that hiring manager was a jerk and then now I see this, so I’m just really not a fond of Dave & Buster’s anymore

  Stopped by Dave & Buster's yesterday afternoon with a group of about 15 people to celebrate our Lieutenant's final day in the Air Force before he separates. From the moment we arrived until we left a couple of hours later, Rebeccah took outstanding care of our group. She was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. The funniest moment of the afternoon came when the handheld dispenser decided to malfunction and unexpectedly she sprayed me right in the chest with water. The entire group burst out laughing. When she noticed me glance at her nametag, she quickly covered it with her hand and joked, "If you're leaving a review, my name is Jessica!" It was the perfect response and had all of us laughing even harder. What could have been an awkward moment turned into one of the highlights of the day because of her quick wit and positive attitude. She never missed a beat and made everyone feel welcome throughout our gathering. Excellent service, a fun personality, and an experience that stood out for all the right reasons. I'd happily come back just to have Rebeccah as our bartender again. She made a great afternoon even better. Thank you "Jessica" hahaha

  First time at Dave and busters, after buying the $60 combo with the meal, I go to eat and I’m waiting for 40 minutes for a salad? This is insanity and there’s nobody there. Some tall guy maybe the manager comes and says he’ll take care of the card and the salad because they took so long but it doesn’t make sense since it comes with the card?? I don’t get it, this is crazy. I never write reviews but I don’t even feel bad about this.

  If I could give zero stars I would other then the new games. The new bar tenders are jokes. Especially "Dale". I miss the way it used to be. I'm a legend member and liked the renovated but HATE the new staff. It's ridiculous. They now cater to a crowd that will come here maybe 3 times a year if they're lucky. I come here every week and the loyalty is out the window with this new crew and I will be finding another place to go. Andrettis isn't too far. This place used to be a staple in my life but unfortunately I hate coming here more in the past month then I ever have in my life. Expect the games. Love the John wick and the slushie machine. It's litterally ONLY THE STAFF. They could care less. More of a big corp instead of family friendly. It's sad
