They are so nice at this Dairy Queen!! I absolutely loved my drive thru experience, now it does take a little time but it’s because everything is dropped fresh when you order!! Worth the wait will definitely be back ((:

Watch out for hidden fees at this location. Charged $.50 for no ice in drinks. Its one thing to have a fee but to not even mention it when ordering is ridiculous.

I recently went to this Dairy Queen to buy a small vanilla shake for my wife who is recovering from a double lung transplant. When she took her first sip through a straw she felt a foreign object and when she spit it out, it was discovered to be a metal ball bearing. I immediately returned to the DQ and spoke to the manager who just rolled her eyes at me and stated it wasn't theirs. I explained that I was not looking for any monetary gain I just wanted to prevent anyone else from choking especially a child. Again she just looked at me and rolled her eyes again and her facial expression was one of she was being bothered. At that point I asked for a refund and left. I contacted Dairy Queens corporate office and explained what happened. DQ corp informed me that the DQ,s were individually owned and I would have to contact the owners. They did forward an email to the owners for them to reach out to me. That following Monday I contacted the corp office again and informed them no one contacted me. Again they reached out to the owners. As of this writing they have failed to contact me. The actions of the manager were sad at best and the non-response of the owners is a testimony of how much they care.
