  Went to just buy ice creams for my family got there at 9:40pm since website says it's open till 10pm drive thru was shut down therefore went to the door which was locked with a sign saying doors close at 9:45pm again the website clearly states 10pm Ask if I could then go through the drive thru and was told no they're closed I get working in the restaurant industry and wanting to get out quick when closing but in all my years in the food industry have we been allowed to simply shut down early

  Horrible service. They messed up on my order (night staff) and had the nerve to give me attitude about it. They took forever in drive thru and forgot one of my burgers so I drove back and went inside this time and they were very rude about it and made me wait even longer.

  All I wanted was to share an experience with my grandson and it took from. 7:55 pm till 8:29 to get my order. I was out of place by honking and flashing my lights hoping to get noticed. I think and feel I did something wrong for waiting so long. Out of desperation. I was on Fair Avenue and a IH 37. Sorry for the inconvenience and the disruption of the customers. I sincerely apologize for my rude actions. Sorry it was me. 4/26/26

  i placed an online order for delivery at this location which I never received my order but got charged I have contacted the store the 800 number & DoorDash here is the store resolution nothing it has been3 weeks & here is their reply finally never order from this store for delivery cause they will not help you solve problem once you don’t get your i Poporder no one has tried to help me here is the answer 3 weeks k player my order was almost 80$ still not a resolution 3 weeks later the store barely tried contacting me today & idk what kinda resolution this answer isv
