  This place is always extremely busy, especially during the evening hours, yet they never seem to have enough staff working. The employees always look overwhelmed and uninterested, which makes the customer service experience even worse. What’s even more frustrating is how much they push customers to use the app, but half the time they claim they “can’t scan it” or the system isn’t working. If you’re going to constantly promote the app, then the equipment and system should actually work properly. Management seriously needs to address the staffing issues and fix the ongoing app/scanner problems because it’s becoming a very frustrating experience for customers.

  My wife and I drove over there wanting their awesome dipped cones instead this is what we got…we ask for a refund after receiving them, I moments before throwing my receipt in trash next to the counter they said no refunds with out a receipt, I literally never left the counter. We gave them back and we are absolutely disgusted with the way they handled the situation. No refund or other ice creams. They took the money and gave us nothing.

  I love to just stop and get blizzard and cone. I go every week after my husband dr visits.

  I didn't go inside, I went through the drive-thru it moved. Reasonably not good. Not bad. This is the first time I've actually had their food, not just a treat and I was pleasantly surprised by their dude sandwich. It was very well cooked and tasted a lot better than I expected. It was a lot better than I expected. I'm going to be heading there again soon.

  Stopped by several times during the past month before, during & after lunch as I had Dr appointments nearby. I really like this Dairy Queen --- I like them all (sentimental) but this one is my favorite. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, food always comes out promptly and hot, looks just like the picture and they bring it to your table with a smile. Maybe it's because I smile back & that kind of thing seems to be infectious. I like the radio station too -- stuff I used to listen to when I was a kid back in the 60's -- Motown, classic rock. Job well done. Bravo!
