  I had a really frustrating experience at this location with a lady behind the counter misunderstood what I asked for, started making the wrong thing, then was irritated at me for not accepting what I didn't want after pressuring me to, and then seemingly short-changed me on the portion size of my food as punishment. But this latest visit was much better. Portion sizes were fair and the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. The chips were great and not stale, which is often hit or miss at Chipotle. Since I believe in repentance and progression, my rating is weighted in favor of my latest experience. Keep improving! I'm rooting for you guys.

  Ordered a rice bowl through the pick-up line. Drove it home (3 min) and discovered that the rice was rock hard. It was inedible. It was only 12 PM, so the rice must have been old. I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone and apologized. She said I could get a refund by calling 1-800-Chipotle or coming in for them to remake it.

  This location is GARBAGE! Put an order through the app and pulled up to the drive through. The lady at the window picked up her phone and answered a call and asked my name and handed me my order while still on the phone. Something told me to check my bag. After checking I didn’t see the side of queso that I used a reward for in there and went back to ask her and she said that she was out. She couldn’t even tell me that when I picked up my order the first time. She said I could contact support for a refund; which I did. But they said that my order didn’t qualify for a refund for the reward. I also ordered double chicken but there was barely a single order of chicken on the bowl. Didn’t even get the sour cream I asked for. Horrible service and terrible quality.

  Chipotle is probably my favorite go to. I have never once had a bad experience at any of the stores I’ve been to across multiple states. This review is specific to the drive thru pick up at this location. On multiple occasions now (at least 4) I have waited in line for 20+ minutes to get my food. One of the times the times no one else in line so I pulled right up to the window. I waited 15 minutes before another car pulled up. The employees looked at the window multiple times and ignored me. They weren’t busy because I saw employees hanging around talking. I finally had to go inside to get my food, which was ready to go on the shelf. As soon as I walked inside they helped the car behind me. On another occasion I was the 5th car in line. After 15 minutes of waiting I called the store to let them know they had a line waiting, and all they said was they had been backed up on orders. It wasn’t busy at the time. Within a minute of my call the line immediately started moving. On every occasion I have seen people walk in, order, and leave before I ever get my food. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food itself, I just feel this place is poorly managed and/or the staff are poorly trained on the drive thru pick up. There is absolutely no reason for a 15-20+ minutes wait at a restaurant where your order and choose your pickup time online and is never THAT busy.
