  Alright, after this happening now for the 5th time I’ve signed in to Google to leave a review, I’ve come here so many times since the grand opening and as of lately if you come after 6. This place is always short on ingredients. I’ve come in at 8 and there was NO CHEESE and NO SOUR CREAM. I’ve come in at 7 and NO STEAK. I’ve come in at 5 and NO CHIPS. At this point I’m just done coming. Scraping the bowl for the sticky rice on the edge while there’s a fresh bowl waiting to be inserted has sealed the deal.

  My pick up order was completely wrong when I called. They said to come back another day that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. They’re all out of what I ordered, but didn’t tell me anything when I was getting the order horrible customer service. I just can’t believe how they couldn’t even make it right

  Went and ordered tacos and there wasn’t even enough meat for both of the taco shells.. I wish I got a picture of my bowl as well they didn’t give serving sizes at all. The store was completely empty and they gave us barely any meat on either of our meals.

  I just want to express what I saw for the next Customer that thinks about eating here. Its gross. When ordering online we noticed all of a sudden the food gets a little less and less. So this time my husband and I decide to go in for the first time. AS SOON AS YOU walk through the front door there is a pile of fresh trash pile swept up and left that we had to walk over. I decided to go around it and walked the other way. I was met by tortilla chip crumbs and another dirt/food pile. Foil wrappers everywhere. Then I started my order at the front. The lady looked like she was in training so she was a little slower than everyone else. Thats not my issue. The scraping the bottom of the last bit of cheese by the trainer, and the small portion of protein the trainee was giving, was like she had to rationalize food for the citizens of SA. I did ask for more and that was proportioned as well😂 I then asked for the chips and guacamole and the guy proceeds to scrape that as well. I stopped him. I said if youre going to scrape the guacamole then dont give it to me. He proceeds to ask...so you dont want it? No young man..I dont. We paid $44 for food we had to fight for, stepped over piles of trash, and left. Never again. Ive ordered through the app and the inside. Ive given plenty of chances for them to correct it. Im done. Oh BTW they were all young adults working. No manager in site. NEVER AGAIN

  The restaurant was extremely busy during the dinner rush, with a long line of customers, and Justin was the only employee serving the front customers. Despite how hectic it was, he worked incredibly fast, stayed organized, and remained polite and friendly throughout the entire experience. His excellent, speedy service really stood out and made our experience a great one.
