  The Chipotle manager customer service here is terrible as she was not able to honor my free perk via email. She advised I call Chipotle customer service phone number and so I did and they said they would resolve it. I had to call them a second time because it did not get resolved. The second call they asked me to send a photo of my chipotle receipt and so I did. They then emailed me to say they cannot help me. Why did they even waste my time after all that?

  Ordered 3 burritos online for pick up. They had the wrong meat and the guacamole was turning grey and had a big chunk of avocado. I was excited when this place opened up close to my home but it’s evident that Chipotle’s standards and quality have dropped lower than the pot holes on Culebra.

  Pathetic portions served by young women who clearly would rather be doing anything else. Half the time bins are empty (veggies, proteins, etc) and when they have to go in the back to get them it’s made out to be some major inconvenience so you’re given hilariously rationed amounts of food like some desert island survivor and then charged full price.

  I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent order. We ordered the steak protein for both a bowl and the kids' plates, but found the meat to be very spicy. There was no indication on the menu that the steak is spicy. When I called to report the issue, the representative sounded annoyed and simply informed me that the steak is spicy and could not explain why this isn't clarified on the menu. As this was not mentioned in the item description, it was unexpected and unsuitable for the children's meals.
