  I’ve been going to location since it has opened. I’ve noticed the burritos have gotten smaller. That’s not the reason for me writing the review. The reason is the fact that I ordered my meal for the lane pickup at 7:20 P.M. as I’m getting out of work. I got there at 7:30 and was in line until 8 P.M. with vehicles still in front of me. I had to call and get a refund with customer service. Thankfully the gentleman that I spoke with was able to do everything. This is the second time I’ve come in the past month where I order well before I head over and they’re not even close to being ready with this being the worse time. Management has failed. I won’t be back to this location for a while. And I wish this place would temporarily close for training or for more staffing. Deserved 1 star.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I am completely disgusted with the way the night crew treated a paying customer! I ordered online but I was stuck in a HOUR long traffic and couldn’t make it on time. Mind you i Tried calling them ahead of time oh but guess what, call would go straight to “store closing”at 10pm like The store stops answering the phone an hour before it closes? And when i got there every single employee there acted as if i wasn’t there. I get it, it was closed by the time i got there. (11:05) Mind you i got there only minutes late. But i would have thought someone would at least hear me out so i could cancel my order (ITS A PAID ORDER) but nope i was completely ignored. So Im done with this chipotle location. Maybe hire people with customer service and ones that actually like working there. This place is known for having rude and upsetting atmosphere.

  We come to this location because it’s closest to where we live…or should I say CAME…WON’T be back. They never have anything. No steak no veggies. Staff workers working turtle speed like they could really care less. If they wanna charge dang near 20$ a bowl, they should improve customer service, clean the place up, and actually prepare food instead of running out at 7 pm. With 4 hours til close. Crazy work. 0/10. Again clean the place up.

  First off , they are always out of things. No chips and if they is chips there is no queso on top of that there was no black beans either. The two gentlemen working on line , as well as everyone else seemed not even in the mood and moved every slow. I asked for a bowl with chicken , white rice , pinto beans ( there was no black beans) and lettuce and pico de gallo . Where is the lettuce in my bowl ? All they put was two strips and called it day didn’t even bother refilling it. I don’t know if it’s bad management but it’s seriously such bad service and even worse food management because they are always missing something.

  I usually never have a problem at this chipotle, but older lady mid 40s I’d say was making my bowl and just already had attitude not even greeting us and tried to charge extra for another scoop of rice and I have never once been told that all my time eating at Chipotle , you can even request for extra rice through the app and looking it up online you aren’t even supposed to be charged, just horrible service on her end I’d rather go to the 1604 and Potranco location.
