  This chipotle is seriously the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to the employees have no sense of urgency, They do not greet you and to top it off. They are also not friendly. I only keep coming back because my lunch is a 30 minute lunch and I work across the street so it’s a little convenient but when I always go inside to order the employees or acting like there’s no line or I could be the only person in line and I’m waiting to get asked or Or just be told like he will be with you in a minute they don’t do any of that I’m not sure if it’s the Manager I think it is she’s a Hispanic woman. Her hair is always out of her hair net. I’ve seen her pick out of the box with the chips that are made freshly in the back and eat it. Her hair is everywhere The girls in the front of the line also do not know how to run the line knowing that they’ll have a rush-hour and it’s lunchtime. It’s just so disappointing when I look forward to it but now I know not to come back anymore cause I’m over it. Hopefully, within time they start having some sense of urgency and caring about their customers and I know it’s nobody’s fault that I have a 30 minute lunch but this is why we have fast food options available.

  Wow , this is the worst chipotle ive ever been to , the food tasted old , like it had been sitting there for some time , and tasted awful, i sat down , took a few bites , and immediately threw it away , i hate wasting food but i hate feeling sick from what im eating more , DO NOT EAT HERE .

  I can't stand chipotle just because of the staff here..they are lazy slow and get irritated with everyone who walks in as if they r causing a problem...I'm sorry this is your job if you have an issue then quit because this job ain't for you. I've worked in food service for many many years and I've never treated any customer like this. One guy is shaking his head in the back as if he can't believe so many people are in line. Well if your coworkers would step it up y'all could easily get it done...this is the worst chipotle in San Antonio..get better staff!!

  I came on a bogo day (high stress for the workers) and the manager was really passive aggressive and rude to the line workers. The line workers had great attitudes and were very nice and sweet, but you could tell the manager was ruining the vibe and honestly made the whole interaction very uncomfortable. i hope the workers know they are doing their best and i hope the manager knows she’s doing too much.

  Came in to get some dinner, food is yum! The staff seemed very unfriendly? All 5-6 of them. No welcome, no smiling, and even a bit rude during the bowl building process. The store was completely empty so there was no rush, my companion and I were certainly friendly/normal, so I’m not sure why. Could have been an off day, which I understand happens. Just wanted to acknowledge the atmosphere in hopes of friendlier interactions in the future.
