  Most days I’d give this place 2-3 stars. This is the closest location to home and my wife and I have had such bad experiences here that we’ll sometimes drive to the further location down potranco just to avoid the headache. Sylvia earned this location 5-stars today. Great service with a smile despite being clearly short staffed. Promote her or get her some help please!

  Went into this location for takeout on 6/24/26 around 3:20pm. Place was busy, but that's normal for Chipotle. After ordering my food, and watching the staff work. This rude as hell employee starts going off on one of her coworkers. Took me by surprise at first, but with that nasty attitude she had going on with a few of the customers as well I wouldn't be surprised if this wasa common occurrence. Employee was a thin short girl with several piercings and tattoos. An employee like that has no business being employed if they can't keep their cool in the food service industry. An I sure hope they're never in any managerial position, cause they cannot treat others properly. Thank god the food was at least decent, but that employee soured me on this location.

  The food was ok. It's your basic Chipotle food. However, my concern is the cleanliness of the place. I went last week and noticed the food area was very messy. I assumed it was from a big lunch rush. Today, I get there before the rush and there is food all over the counters. It's as if someone is just sloppily scooping food from the trays and ignoring their mess. The people that work there seem nice. The food is just meh. But, the cleanliness seems terrible.

  Loyalty didn’t prepare my order for 30 minutes after ordering online to pick up! Imagine to my surprise driving there and still waiting 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. They didn’t even prepare it for 30 minutes! If I cancelled I was just out the money I paid! Loyalty crooks!

  Got there a full hour before they close and they were out of half of the toppings. That’s dumb. What’s the point of being open until 11 and not having any ingredients an hour before closing? If I knew this in advance, I would’ve went to a different chipotle.
