My spouse and I walked in around 10:30 PM, close to closing, and the line looked pretty empty. We asked the employee if they had more food/prep coming out because we noticed several things were missing. He told us that the items were on the other line and that he could grab them.
Then, midway through making my burrito, he suddenly tells me they were out of corn, lettuce, and guacamole. When we asked about the missing ingredients, his attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. He was rolling his eyes at us and responded with, “Okay, what else now?” while making my spouse’s bowl.
The cashier also seemed visibly annoyed, and overall the customer service was terrible. There was clearly little to no food preparation being done despite us specifically asking about it when we first walked in. What frustrated me the most was that we were told one thing in the beginning, only to find out halfway through our order that multiple ingredients weren’t available.
We drove a significant distance to try this location, and unfortunately it was absolutely not worth the drive. I understand that restaurants can run out of ingredients near closing, but the way we were treated and the lack of communication made the experience much worse.
The employee was a tall guy with curly black hair wearing a black shirt, working around 10:30 PM/closing. I don’t know who the manager on duty was, but management seriously needs to address the customer service at this location.
Seriously don’t waste your money. By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Any positive reviews must be from people they know. I’ve been giving this place a chance for the last 3yrs and have been waiting awhile to write this review in hopes things would change. However I fear the food and service have gotten worse. I was in 8/27/26 @ 12pm. The workers are rude, and all seem like they hate their job, especially the older white lady who helped me today. They’re always running out of items and never have any ready to replace it(especially during a rush). They short you on the portions (ex: half a serving on everything) b/c again, they never have enough food prepared so they try to make it last. The food and salsas lack flavor and the rice is always undercooked. Honestly I don’t think they even season with salt. When they do run out of food, often protein and veggies, they do nothing to accommodate you and say you just have to wait the 15min+ for it to be ready or pay the extra for protein.
I hope this review and the many other bad reviews will push corporate and managers to make changes. Paying $20+ for a meal with no flavor, undercooked food, and poor customer service is not ideal in this economy.
Unfortunately I will never give my business to this location again and hope positive changes are made in the future.
Vanessa is the worst employee, the fact that she’s a lead speaks volumes about her manager!! If you are the owner and you are reading this you need to investigate them both - you are losing business because of her I saw 3 separate guest leave due to her rude attitude within 8 mins imagine over time?! If she hates her job so much why does she still work there?? HR needs to investigate her for creating a hostile work environment. I will be following up.

This is my favorite Chipotle. I have not seen a team of young men work this hard together in a long time. Jam leads the crew, and Roger is a close second. Their styles are different, but they work well together. They support and challenge each other every shift. Derek, Angel, and Jeffrey are kind and courteous with excellent customer service. Another aspect of this experience is the atmosphere. They keep the music volume at the right level, and the uplifting songs make you want to move. The last time I was here, customers were actually dancing in line.Good food, great service, and a fun vibe! If you want good food and kindness, come to this one.
me and my girlfriends dad and brother came here around 9:15 pm Saturday August 8th, as we are ordering our food one of the lady employees I don’t know if she was manger or regular employee but when we asked for protein she barley gave us anything and we had noticed but when my girlfriend had asked for more protein the lady “mishears” and adds cheese and when i asked for extra protein i watch her add 2 more pieces of chicken. after when we check our food we find out there are a total of 7 pieces of chicken so we go back to the line and ask a different employee a younger man also working in the front who had helped us the whole time we asked for more chicken and he gives us the correct amount for our portions.
