I visited this location around 3:30pm, the place was slow, as I walked in with with my son we felt the awkward vibe immediately. Employee named Bianca came to help us with annoyance all over her face . We asked for two bowls one with brown rice, when she heard brown rice she gave us unprofessional look and went to the back get the brown rice. I took me all I had to bite my tongue because there were more customers behind me. I asked her for lettuce and she puts 8 pieces in my bowl I asked for a little more, puts 2 more. At this point I'm beyond annoyed with her presence. I pay with cash, give her the exact amount, and she raises her voice to me saying the amount louder because I miss heard $15 instead of $16, while she's doing that she's moving her arms up and down holding my money. Her accent was hard to understand as well. At this point I wanted to address it to the manager but he looks annoyed too in the back just stating at the line of customers. I will not go back to this location, yes it's close to my house but I'd rather go to the one in Bandera point.
