- MCMercedes Flores cervantes4 days ago1.0I was told today while trying to get a burrito that there was no more rice and that they couldn't make any more because they were getting audited. If that was the case, why did you close the restaurant to complete this instead of having customers come in and then leave? I decided to get the burrito with a tablespoon of rice. I had to argue with the lady to get some more corn since I didn't have any rice.

Waited while three people checked out before someone asked if we were an online order. I asked to purchase cups and was told we’d have to go to the end of the line which was at the door. Nope. So we go back to the car and I had a feeling I should check the food. Definitely skimped on the portions of extra rice, extra beans and extra protein. I can now see why they put this as an online promotion. By the time we get home we’re too far away to do anything. Great idea capitalizing on our laziness.

- DDdesAug 9, 20261.0my family normally dines at chipotle, id say quite often but id say this location is quite of a disappointment. we went inside to dine on this occasion, and they were out of everything we wanted! the steak we received was cold and chewy and from the drive thru line thats been there for god knows how long, we had another bowl and the rice we wanted wasnt being prepared when it was right behind them! once again, received cold stale gross rice from the drive thru line. this is unacceptable and i hope you reflect on this review for the sake of your customers!

Never prepared for any shift of the day. Highly disappointed very upset. Ended up waiting five minutes for cheese and then when the cheese was ready they’re out of other selections meats sides, etc. leaving this review if I could, I would do half a star or none just to post, but I had to give them one star. Oh, and by the way, employees behind the counter, thought it was amusing and funny that they were out of everything my husband and I just walked out.
