I asked for a burrito and got seconhand embarrassment watching this little girl shake the roach off the plastic, as if I didnt just watch her do that. An employee named Brandon told me that this has been a problem since he started work 2 YEARS AGO 🤢🤮.And when you try to tell management, they brush it off like it is no big deal and honestly seem offended. Do better, you all are embarrassing.

The patio is covered in bird crap, and the chairs and tables are always sticky, covered with salsa that their employees are supposed to clean daily and nightly. The employees are rude to other employees, as well as customers. I have witnessed a woman standing at the cash register waiting to swipe her card, while Isabella Thomas and Lina stand right in front of her continuing some conversation that has nothing to do with work. Several times this location ran out of food because rice was burnt, meat was prepped too late, or they did not prep enough produce. ALSO, Kitchen Lead Andre Yeary thinks it's okay to tell a black woman that he considers himself "TRANSRACIALLY BLACK" because he steals from Walmart. Even went into description about replacing the barcodes on more expensive items. SEVERAL CUSTOMERS INCLUDING MYSELF HEARD THIS EXCHANGE FROM THE LOBBY . That is how loud he was talking from the back of the restaurant.... Idc if you think this is funny...why would you say this to anyone while they are at work?

Us the customers deserve to have every beverage on the front line Until closing! There's this one short mexican chick with short hair tom boyish, who is rude to a elderly lady that was working for y'all. You can tell, she's the one that's in a rush to get out. Hey job is a job if you don't like it quit. No need to take the watermelon and tea down. And be rude to your employees
