- JSjohn snnisJul 28, 20261.0I usually avoid this Chipotle because of one employee who works the mornings. Every time he's on the line, the experience is bad. He rushes you constantly ("What's next? What's next?"), impatient and dismissive. The portions are stingy too. Last time I got barely half a spoon of rice, and the meat portions match. One visit stands out. He told me, rudely as usual, that the chicken wasn't ready. Fine, I said I'd wait. I sat in view of the line the whole time, watching. After fifteen minutes I got up and the chicken was sitting there ready. He'd seen me multiple times and never said a word or waved me over. He just didn't care. I'm not the only one. While I was in line, several customers told me they avoid coming when he's working. He's been here too long and he's bad at the job. I think he should be let go, and if management wants to discuss it, I'm happy to come in and talk in person.
