- KKKatie Kopas6 days ago1.0The rice and beans were undercooked with fatty pieces of chicken… but that’s actually not the reason for the poor review… From what I’m reading takeout seems to be a poor choice if you’re ordering online. Double protein, fajita veggies, cilantro lime sauce, and correct salsa were all missing. Not one entre came out right and when i requested a refund, I was given $12 of a $65 order. It was disheartening and truly inedible. I’ve just decided to not go back but I had to say something… I do usually order pizza from this super amazing place called Naples and I guess I’ll stick to that! I would highly recommend that place.. plus it’s local!

The quality was not up to par this time since as it was chewy and made for lackluster experience. I hope that quality improves. Best wishes.

The problem with my order was I ordered the "build your own" kids meal. The guy put VB on the cover and I was charged for a veggie bowl, but that's not what I received. The bowl is larger and $4 more. What I received was the kids portion tray that was overpriced and without the side and drink (also without any protein). Let's not mention the 50 cent charge for EACH SMALL TORTILLA. I really do not appreciate being taken advantage of.
