Literally 3 other people were in there and it’s 4:30. Just some kids working and zero respect from any of them. I order my bowl and get hardly any protein. I pay and they just immediately walk away. Didn’t put the food in a bag or say anything. Just how much it was, and then left. One employee is walking around me having a conversation with another who’s currently eating.I see why so many choose CAVA. You pay less and get more from CAVA and it’s cleaner eating. My mistake for ever choosing to eat here. You lost a customer permanently today. Cheers.

Ordered today in person. New guy made me a kids size burrito. I asked him why, he said it was easier to roll up. Terrible, I should have had him remake it. Also, could use cleaning, place was a mess.

Unbelievable experience today. Had placed a pick up order for 7 PM 8/26. My fiance went to go pick up the order and came back home, only to find out that half the order was missing in her bowl that was about 1/3 full , and a few items missing on mine as well. So we went back to have it remade (we live 10 mins from this place). Normally this has happened a few times in the past and it’s usually not a problem to me as they’re typically very understanding, but not today. At about 7:30-7:40 PM, my wife went in to explain the minor situation to the cashier, only to be met with extreme attitude by the short thin guy with the man-bun making to-go orders. Not only did he mutter a few words under his mouth after being explained about his mess up, but when my wife confronted him about what he said, he yelled “I’m not talking to you, you dumb b*tch” and began cussing her out in front of everyone in the restaurant. Not to mention after his statement about “It isn’t that big of a deal, it’s just food”. It’s not even about it being “just food”, it’s the fact that we pay for these meals as 90% of us are getting off work and want something ready and done right when we get home. It’s a huge inconvenience to find out these things after you’ve driven home. Please find better employees. There should be absolutely 0 reason for anyone to have to lash out at a customer for their own mistake. This employee deserves termination for his poor behavior.

This location is convenient for me however I go out of my way to drive to a different chipotle locations because I’ve lost count at how many times my rice has been undercooked at THIS location. I genuinely don’t understand how I’ve had more experience with crunchy rice, trying to give the benefit of the doubt (hence why I still kept going back) compared to it actually being cooked.

This happens often when I go into this location. I don't know what title Jacqueline holds but when I walked in she was moving extremely slow, there was another young gentleman that looks like he's Asian but he was moving very very quickly and before I knew it he had three orders up and she couldn't even ring up the the orders fast enough as she was sitting there staring at him, smh. Why she was not attending to the task in front of her is beyond me. She then went out into the lobby where she was laughing with three other Chipotle coworkers and when she finally came back to the register, she then calls herself trying to clean up and refill the guacamole as I'm standing at the register waiting to be checked out. She should have been cleaning instead of out there socializing and furthermore she should not have a customer waiting watching her cleaning up after she's been socializing for 5 to 10 minutes .When I arrived, there was nobody behind me but approximately four people in front of me, which again the guy that appears to be Asian was handling those customers very quickly. When I got to the register there were approximately 10 people behind me and while she was out in the lobby socializing again with the three other coworkers (which I took pictures of this), she was not helping the people that were coming in to pick up orders. The Asian guy was trying to handle both the front line as well as people coming in to pick up orders. I hate going to this Chipotle location but unfortunately I did not have the time to go to the location on Blanco which I will actually drive out of my way to go to that location versus going to this one. This is not the first time that I've gone in this location and Jacqueline is just so nonchalant, slow, moving, etc. the Asian guy should actually get a raise because he was hustling. And not just hustling because there was a long line but when there was only five of us, he was still getting the orders out so quickly. When I voice my concerns to Jacqueline, you could see attitude all over her face as why am I questioning her for being inadequate?.
