  Dirty, ran out of food an 1hr before closing. Was told management give no discount for lack of food. Chipotle in Pflugerville would comp your meal if there was any issues. 281 needs to do better.

  Worst experience! The owner should come to this “la-la land” after 10:05 pm. I ordered a veggie burrito with missing ingredients, and the place was very dirty. There weren’t even any napkins, and nobody seemed interested in working here. What a ridiculous place!

  My husband and I have a 3 month old and unfortunately I forgot to bring our carrier with us when we went out. So I decided to order on the app so that my husband could run in and grab it for us while I stayed in the car with our baby (big mistake). First issue was that my husband went in and told them we had an online order. He was told to wait in line with everyone who was ordering? I was under the impression that if you order online you go straight to the checkout. At least that’s how it is at a different location we go to. My husband asked a different worker if any of the bags on the pickup shelf were ours and he said yes and grabbed it. Why the first worker he asked didn’t check I have no idea. Second issue (main issue), we get home and open our bowls and both of them weren’t even half full. Seriously? Paid $32 for both and I only get not even half the serving I would’ve gotten at the other location we go to? I was nervous about ordering online at a different location for this reason but I didn’t have any other choice as I didn’t have a carrier for my baby. I recommend finding a different location. This one is definitely NOT worth it. Especially if ordering online.

  This location is always out of food ingredients and their line is always dirty. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt but it’s every time now. And it’s not for lack of people or a rush. The kitchen is fully staffed. It’s been the last three times I get my kid a bean bowl and don’t eat because they are out of all the proteins. And mgt should train the staff that it doesn’t matter if you wear gloves if you gonna run your hands under the counter as you walk the counter or wipe your face. I type this review as I eat a burrito at another location losing 20 min rd trip.

  I had one of the best Chipotle runs ever today thanks to number 8 Avery and Lucas. These two are straight up awesome and made my entire experience feel like VIP service at a fast-casual spot. Avery was a machine super friendly, lightning-fast, and actually listened to exactly how I wanted my bowl. They’re the reason I’ll be coming back way more often.
