  Just recently my wife and little daughter stopped at this location for lunch. The initial female server asked my wife if she was sharing a bowl with our daughter; my wife answered honestly and said “yes”. The server then proceeded to serve a smaller portion than is normally served. My question to Chipotle is how is this even relevant since the bowl cost just as much as someone who was not sharing at all. My wife shares with our daughter because she will not finish an entire bowl when we have ordered for her on in the past. I was not there when this happened or I surely would have said something to management; but like a lot of companies I’m sure this will go unnoticed especially since this location has a 3.7 rating. Its apparent management does not care. Keep Up the “good” work. We won’t be back.

  The food is okay tasting. It's losing a lot of its flavor lately. One day I'll go in and I'll ask for a cilantro on my bowl, and they tell me, they don't do it because they don't wash the cilantro, which doesn't make any sense to me.Because they put cilantro in everything you think they would have to wash it. A couple days later and they let me have the cilantro. Is it a rule, or is it not?

  I had an amazing experience at Chipotle thanks to Tee and Jackie. Even though I arrived just 5 minutes before closing, they still welcomed me with a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service. They never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure my order was prepared correctly. Tee went above and beyond with professionalism, leadership, and a great attitude. Based on the service I received, I truly believe Tee deserves a promotion to manager and a raise. Employees like Tee are the reason customers keep coming back. Jackie was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Both Tee and Jackie showed outstanding dedication to their customers, even at the end of a long workday. Thank you, Tee and Jackie, for providing such exceptional service. Chipotle is lucky to have team members like you!

  The food was great, and my problem was not with the employee at all. It is with the management. I do not understand why they would ever put a single person on a line taking care of every single order while other employees are standing around doing nothing I truly felt sorry for this guy and it was on a Spurs basketball night. Please do better and treat your employees better.
