  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I go here because it’s right next to my apartment. I’ve probably been here 20 times and each time I go I just have to pray that they give me what I ask for. I don’t think they have ever given me a full portion or put everything I ask for on my burrito. This time I made sure everything was done properly for my burrito. However, when I got home I opened up the bag and it was someone else’s bowl with just black beans and chicken. I never spend time to write reviews. I just move on from bad experiences but the chipotle is a disgrace and has done me wrong for the last time. I will never go back here again.

  My wife and I were treated with impatience and disrespect from the moment we walked up. We were rushed through our order, several items were skipped, and correcting the order was met with attitude. No customer should be treated this way. Everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy and respect should never be optional.

  Terrible experience. The employee working the line tonight rushed every customer and barely listened to what anyone was ordering. There were three people in our group, and she completely ignored one of us while taking our order. She missed multiple ingredients we specifically asked for and acted irritated anytime we tried to correct the order. The line itself was chaotic. At one point, she was tossing food into the bowls so carelessly that plastic containers were falling into the food. She was clearly more focused on rushing people through than providing even basic customer service. What made it worse was the attitude. She was disrespectful, impatient, and treated us like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. We also watched her treat the customer ahead of us the exact same way, so this wasn't an isolated incident. This was easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Chipotle. I hope management addresses both the food handling and the level of customer service at this location.

  Ive come to this location since its opened because its definitely closest to my house, but definitely have noticed the dip in service quality in the last 3 years. I TRY not to come to this location if I don’t have to, anyways I can’t be too upset with the girl who was fulfilling orders (despite my order being messed up despite me repeating it 3 times) because Im sure she was frustrated having to handle a line going basically at the door, by herself because the manager and about 5 other employees are just standing around. I imagine this location has a high turnover rate for a reason, the food is fine but the service is absolutely horrible.

  So the girl that was on the line she has lily tattoos and she’s short we had called in advance about crispy tacos I asked her she said we don’t have them then my husband addressed her and told her we called she said we have some in the back but they won’t let me get them. It’s disappointing because I come here a lot and today’s service was just not it
