  This is probably the worst Chipotle I have gone to. The rice is always severely undercooked, they’re always low on everything and say it’ll take 10+ minutes for more food to come out, they take entirely too long to prepare the order because only one person does it…the list goes on. I will say the food is A LOT better when the older, taller, Black man is cooking. He’s usually there in the evening and when he is the food tends to be on point. If you enjoy a crunchy bowl and burrito, this is the perfect place to go. BLECH!

  Service was horrible!! First Lady in the assembly line was so rude since the beginning. Hurrying me up, even tho I told her I had two bowl orders. Then the next lady didn't hear my instruction and put red salsa on my bowl when I specifically said " in a cup to go" so I proceeded to tell her that the person I was going to give it to will not eat it because of the salsa. They are allergic to peppers. I don't think I have to specify that part. So the lady that didn't hear my instructions looks over at the First Lady and the First Lady sighs and throws away the bowl then she says " well we don't have anymore barbacoa" so I get out of line and ask a gentleman if they will have more barbacoa and he said yes in 5-10 minutes. I get back in line and the First Lady is with her attitude again. I ask for the barbacoa bowl again and she says " it's not ready yet until 20 minutes" so I told her " he just said 5-10 minutes, by the way what is your name" she said " I dont feel comfortable giving you my name" so i said " where's your manger?" She points and laughs at the gentleman who had told me the meat would be ready 5-10 minutes. I didn't know he was the manager because 1. No one had name tags on and 2. He saw everything and didn't intervene. He finally sees me upset and decides to take my order to pay. I then walk off but as I turn to get my daughter, the First Lady is crossing her arms and smiling/smirking as I leave. By the way I had just got out of work and just wanted a decent meal but the whole staff made it very uncomfortable. I am so livid that these employees can treat customers that way. Do better when hiring staff. The First Lady has tattoos all over her arms and skinny dark eyebrow penciled in brows. That's the only way I could identify her. I always go to that chipotle and don't want to see her again because she was rude and I feel like in a way mocking me. Sincerely a very tired Teacher!

  They consistently serve very small portions at this location, and unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue. Honestly I haven't seen any negative reviews regarding small portions related to any other places like Panda Express and other restaurants. I’m writing this review because we’ve had more than one bad experience at this location, particularly with the lady who is usually working the register. Her name is Ruby, according to the “Host” name printed on my receipt. Unfortunately, her customer service has been consistently unpleasant, and she often makes us feel like she is trying to charge extra for things that should be included. Yesterday, we ordered a salad bowl and a chicken bowl with two sides. When we asked for vinaigrette, she told us it would be an additional $1.50. Really? For a salad bowl, I expected the vinaigrette to be included according to Chipotle’s own policies. My son eventually left frustrated and speechless because he didn't want to argue with her anymore, and I ended up eating my food without the vinaigrette, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle location to our home, so we keep coming back despite the repeated bad experiences. I sincerely hope someone from management or her supervisors sees this review and addresses the situation. Customer service matters, and customers should not leave feeling frustrated, unwelcome, or afraid to ask for something as simple as a side of vinaigrette. I hope this employee receives the proper guidance on how to treat customers before the situation gets even worse. . I've added another picture of an order that I placed in restaurant recently and it shows how the bowl was sinking through the ingredients especially the water from the beans and that issue is reccuring .

  Terrible experience. The girl working the line was serving us in groups which took longer. I had to wait for the couple behind me to get their food just for me and the guy in front of me to pay. Doesn’t make sense. I hope they can improve customer experience tremendously.

  I would give a zero if I could. Customer Service BIG FAT ZERO. There was only two customers in line. Two employees working, one taking orders and the other one working cash register. Young lady took my order, no greetings, no nothing, I ordered a bowl with little rice, pinto beans, veggies, chicken. As im telling her what else I wanted on my bowl, she walked off to take the lady order behind me. She starts her order and then comes back to me. Continues like she didn't walk off while I was giving her the rest of my order. I walked out, chose to spend my money elsewhere.
