  Ordered through the mobile app and got exactly what I ordered. Everything was perfectly cooked with plenty of ingredients which doesn't happen at every location so it's much appreciated.

  The crew here acts like correcting their own mistakes—or even just putting food in a bowl—is an inconvenience. I paid $4 for double meat, but the supervisor gave me half a second scoop, then severely skimped the quiet young woman behind me. Another customer asked for veggies while her bowl was on the cold side, and the staff acted like grabbing fajita veggies from the hot side was too much work, so she eventually gave up and went without. The cashier rang up my order wrong twice—which is fine, everyone makes mistakes—but then acted like it was too late to fix it. At that point I was frustrated enough to insist on the correction anyway. I eat Chipotle all the time and have never left a review, but props to this store for saving a few bucks today by shortchanging its customers.

  The food was good, and I really want to recognize the two employees who were working during my visit. They appeared to be the only two people running the entire restaurant, and despite being extremely busy with orders, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. Their attitude and customer service were impressive, especially considering how understaffed the restaurant seemed to be. However, there were two things that really caught my attention. First, this was honestly one of the dirtiest Chipotle locations I have ever visited. It was very noticeable that the restaurant was understaffed. Second, and more concerning, I noticed delivery drivers drinking soda directly from customers’ cups before filling those same cups with the beverages ordered by the customers. I personally witnessed this happening, and I believe this is a serious hygiene and food-safety concern. Customers ordering through delivery apps have no way of knowing that someone else may have drunk from their cup before their beverage was served. this location definitely need attention.

  We come to the quarry a lot and thus, we frequent this Chipotle location quite a bit so consider this review trustworthy! Whenever we go, the staff is so attentive, prompt and kind. The space is also very clean most of the time . Lastly, the burrito making and folding is probably the best in all of SA. See attached photos.

  I had the typical Chipotle experience here—nothing to complain about. Service was quick, and the young employees working there were doing a great job keeping things moving. I sometimes forget this Chipotle is tucked back here, but I’m glad it is. The food was good, the service was efficient, and everything was exactly what I expect from Chipotle.
