  Delivery with time Is terrible, problem with this location is that employees can't stand to much work they either need more employees or another chipotle closer

  Staff was all over the place, food dropped everywhere, very unsanitary. Employees were being stingy with the portions even after I ordered double. I overheard and employee yelling at a young girl because she got some soda in a "water cup". The girl proceeded to throw out the soda and she kept yelling that she had to pay for it now and literally sprinted towards her from the register. I mean I understand you aren't supposed to get soda in the "water cups" they give you but c'mon now. Very unprofessional, I rarely go to Chipotle but was in a rush to watch the Spurs game after work. Will not be returning after this experience. Funny to me since just last week I saw the CEO say "just ask for more" when asked about portions. What a joke.

  I understand the portions are small. But damn this kid did not know what he was doing. Its 755pm. Whoever the kid was starting the orders needs more training, I could barely hear him and he was not consistent with his portions at all, I almost got charged double for what looked loke a single serving. Thank god for the second kid who noticed that it was not double meat. When I asked for double again. The 2nd kid said we're out. It'll be a long time before im back, and its a shame I live next door. Date is 5/7/26 755pm

  No idea why people love this place. I couldn't use my $25 gift card online, so I had to go there and stand behind 15 people, GREAT. One person working the front line, one person working the register, and 25 people deep to the door at 5:00 p.m. Scraping the burnt peppers and onions out of the third pan to put on my burrito, NEAT. The cashier was very nice, she smiled at me, and the team was working very hard, but it will be another three or four years before I go back...

  This place is literally like a circus as soon as you walk in. Placed my order online... when I walk up to the shelf where they're supposedly put the to go orders, absolutely nothing was there. My to go order was set to be at the shelf at 9:20 I even gave it 5 minutes as sometimes these places can get busy.. nope, I walk up nothing is there..hitting the clock 9:28 this lady at the front counter is yapping yapping yapping with another lady while she has a huge line waiting to order and another customer waiting for his order on the shelf. I automatically told her hey check my phone out this is my order I'm picking up...and she's like What? Yea no...and then she just turns back around. Mind you she's got all the shelf orders behind her on top of a counter.... So then something suddenly clicks on her head and then she starts looking for my order, and then she's like, "oh here"... Smh really? It is very disappointing. It's like a circus and there's no need for it, We don't come here to see a show..We ordered we're PAYING and we're out... please do your job properly. It is very disappointing on Chipotle to have these kind of workers. Its the first time that I ever been to this location and it will be the last because now that I'm actually eating my two scoop little bitty food, it was undercooked ....the rice is not even cooked properly.... what a shame CHIPOTLE Now this the worst location ever. 👎
