- SYShiloh Yates3 days ago1.0Male Staff on hot side did not listen to what I wanted for my order and messed it up I had to repeat myself 3 times and he still never got it right. The man on the cold side was extremely rude and let out a huge gasp and stared at the ceiling when I asked for a little bit more cheese and then he said “dang girl that’s a lot”. He then asked if my order was for here or for to go and I said it was to go because the first man in the line never asked me. He then proceeded to snap at the first man on the line saying seriously? Again? Horrible experience, rice was over salted. I never had a bad experience at chipotle before but this particular location needs to get it together. I will no longer do business at this location.

It’s not a good look for your company if all I can think about (and you are thinking about) is your profit margins as you make my food.
