  10:29pm june 24th The woman at the window was wrapping a burrito, reaches for her phone while she has gloves on and proceeds to wrap the burrito after she uses her phone. That’s a health violation and is not okay.

  Went to get a protein bowl they don’t have anything no steak, one type of chicken no cheese, no pico, no guac, everything nothing I want they have why even be open you don’t have anything was in a hurry had to eat chic fil a def not what I wanted.

  If u can avoid this place do so. So much cross contamination and they use the same gloves to check you out to roll your burrito.

  My husband gets out of work late after 9 pm, We go to this location all the time we’ve had multiple instances where we show up & the staff is looking at us like we’re dumb and inconsiderate for showing up late, half of there menu options are completely out and empty there cleaning for the day already we’ve been understanding to the employees multiple times & haven’t complained ever until today, we showed up & there was 4 people in line for online orders, about 3 other people waiting because there’s no chicken or beef or vegetables. They stated chicken will be ready in 20 min we waited the full 20 min & they started taking our order the crew mate gave us not even a full scoop of chicken my husband wanted double chicken and he literally put 3 more pieces in the bowl kinda like take it or leave it, We had to walk out absolutely frustrated with the treatment of customers here at this location unacceptable service left hungry & almost cried because I couldn’t believe we waited 20 min to get that kinda service after repeated times we’ve gone and more than half of the food is gone we’ve been so understanding. Never again!!!!

  I had went in for a burrito and as he was heating up my tortilla i was told there would be a 5 minute wait for chicken and so i waited the 5 minutes just to have to get back in the line that i already waited before and it was much longer then when I had first arrived. i was finally getting my burrito and i was told that there was no guac. All that i was told is “we’re out” nothing to compensate or an expected time for there to be more. Then as i was paying about to ask for a water cup the cashier just walks away, i was never even given or offered a receipt.
