  This Chipotle has gotten so much worse than it already was. I'm not even going to attempt the healthcare week free entrée next year cause of how badly in quality and speed this place is now.

  Manager was eating Cheeto puffs??? Half of the toppings weren’t available. Waited so long in line. Unprofessional staff and just not good service overall

  Was very surprised to see so many employees working at one time. I’ve been to a few Chipotle locations around this time and have never seen that many staff members working together. The guys did an excellent job keeping the line moving and provided great service once you got to the cashier. Unfortunately, Alicia was very unprofessional and had an ugly attitude. She did not greet me or even say thank you after I told her. Our experience would’ve been excellent, but Alicia’s attitude changed everything. The guys working the line did an outstanding job.

  I got food poisoning from this chipotle, it was chaotic and disorganized in the kitchen and now i’m going to the bathroom 5 times an hour for 2 days now.

  Ordered some food to go. Always have a horrible experience here. Small portions and unprofessional staff. It was almost time to pay for my food and the gentlemen who was preparing my food accidentally punctured my burrito with the sharpie he was using to mark the aluminum foil. He then sat there and debated on what to do. I told him you’re going to have to remake it and He started to do so until another female coworker instructed him to just heat up another tortilla and use the same food from inside the original burrito that had just got punctured by a sharpie. I had to argue with them to make me another burrito with fresh ingredients and the female coworker continued to question me as to why I wanted a whole new burrito and said “what’s wrong with this burrito” I then asked them what’s wrong with them wanting a new one after what had just happened. A “manager” finally stepped in said no words and just made me the new burrito no concerns as to what just happened. I basically just chunked up my loss and paid for my food and left rather than making a big deal and arguing even more. Really unprofessional staff. Horrible portions and poorly managed store. Really hope you guys improve on customer service. Definitely not going back to that location.
