- DFDawn FelanMay 13, 20263.0Raw fries multiple times. Got nuggets yesterday and also needed alittle more in the frier they were practically white and little to no batter. Please do better I love my nuggets. The worse part was I’m on a really strict diet and it was my cheat day and it was sad.

They always have 3x the employees anywhere else has on shift, with a majority of the staff being very courteous and professional. Even when they obviously employ teens and young adults. They recently put out a table for kids with puzzles, toys, stickers, and crayons. I've never seen that table in disarray or dirty.

Even the nice woman I spoke to at the chick fil a cares center was appalled. I missed a phone call from someone who was supposed to be the owner of that location because it was doing my work hours but I returned the call and the same horrible manager answered and said he was busy but would call me back. It's been roughly two weeks and I have not been called back. I'm not sure if he is unaware I called back or not. Will never be returning here and neither will the rest of my team who was being fed lunch from this location but never got to eat anything.

They always seem to be on par with service and it's our first one that did the in-dining experience and they constantly go the extra mile. We LOVE this location as well, parking is great, in and out of the restaurant is easy, and they have never messed up an order on us.
