- GCGloria Castro2 days ago1.0Shutting down the drive thru to one lane to have a lane solely for mobile orders is completely unappreciated. As a busy mom with a kid that loves your food - your lines are excruciatingly long now while your mobile order line is empty. Make this make sense.
- DAdenise angel5 days ago1.0This new drive thru mobile lane makes me not want to use it. It takes longer to get through the line than if you don’t order on the app. The other line moves way faster. This is the third time I use it and I’m not using it again.

- RRRina RomeroApr 27, 20261.0When I first got there to order through the drive thru everything was fine as I get to the point to receive my order I pulled up to the sign that says pull up to this point , as I was waiting the person behind me gets their food and that’s fine sometimes it happens that way so I waited and as I was waiting the young man comes to my car looking so confused and asks me mam are you okay… I responded with I’m waiting for my order , he responded with oh let me see and comes back giving me my order . I told him the sign does say pull up to this point and he tells me oh no one listens to that . I was like okay so make me feel awkward that I’m doing what I’m supposed to . I drove off and when I got home the order was not all right they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet like I asked for and the fries were over cooked . I was really disappointed in the confusion and the food it’s not like it use to be anymore! I tried calling the store directly to speak to a manager several times and no answer it sends me to voicemail ,and I can’t even leave a message because it says voicemail is not set up yet !
