After receiving our food, we noticed that we were missing a straw, a fork, and one large sweet tea. We initially thought the brownie was also missing, but later found it at the bottom of the bag. My spouse had also ordered a Cobb salad for my lunch today. This afternoon, I looked for the salad in the refrigerator but could not find it. Because I did not know what had happened, I waited until my spouse returned home from teaching to ask him about it. He then realized that the restaurant had never given us the salad. We returned to the restaurant between approximately 6:45 and 7:15 p.m. and explained the situation to the manager, Melissa. She first asked whether we had called and spoken with someone. We had not because my spouse had been teaching all day, and I was unaware that the salad had not been received. Melissa then stated that she needed to review the security footage to confirm that we had visited the restaurant and to examine the vehicle and her employees’ activities. We waited nearly 35 minutes before the matter was resolved. Melissa later stated that she had spoken with the employee who handled our order. Although Melissa eventually provided the missing Cobb salad, the experience was disappointing and unnecessarily time-consuming. We were not asking for an entire meal to be replaced—we were simply requesting one missing salad that had already been purchased. A more effective and customer-friendly response would have been to listen to our explanation, review the receipt, and promptly replace the missing item. In the future, please give honest customers the benefit of the doubt and resolve straightforward order errors with greater trust, courtesy, and efficiency. Thank you, Melissa, for ultimately correcting the order. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer-service experience going forward.

He then proceeded to RACE down the street. There are kids consistently walking around, and playing. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You need to check your drivers and be the christians you all claim to be and abide by the laws. Your food isn’t above putting lives in danger!
