I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but this is the first Chick-fil-A I’ve been to where the staff consistently comes across as rude and lacking basic manners. Simple things like saying “my pleasure” or making customers feel welcomed seem to be missing here. At other Chick-fil-A locations, I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this one. Because of the repeated poor customer service, this location will no longer be getting my business. A busy location like The Rim should still maintain positive attitudes and friendly customer service, especially with the amount of people they serve every day.
