  -1 No baby changing station in Mens room employees on break taking up tables in peak hour make them a break room they work hard & install more seats so the big backs can sit next to our big back kids while they play meaning expand come on y'all been there forever This is Texas upgrade my guys also stop with birth day B.S until y'all make more room .   I will not be eating here anymore as I have seen some suspicious pages talking about one of the managers who I believe is 30 going out with one of the teenage workers. I’m not sure if it has been brought up to other higher ups but I felt as though to write a review. I really do love this Chick-Fil-A, but I cannot support this behavior especially as a Christian woman and neither should this company who claims to be Christian. I bring my two teenagers with me to eat here all the time and now I do not feel safe doing so.

  I cannot get off the car, I waited curbside for over 20 minutes for a sweet tea because I had a free reward. I placed the order at 5:45pm. Multiple cars came after me and received their order. This was insane, I left and didn’t receive anything because of the wait. That has never happened. That’s just ridiculous. It’s almost 7pm and I can see on my app that the drink still isn’t ready.

  On 4/18/26 I had a catering order to pick at this location for 11:45am that was placed a week prior with an amount of $160. I arrived at this location at 12:10pm. I placed my order earlier to insure it would be ready in time. When I arrived I notified an associate that I was there to pick up an only catering order with my name. 10mins later I asked another associate for my order and gave her my name again. She left and came back stated that my order was not ready. I saw the associate I asked the first time about order if she can give me an update and she stated that the lead associate is trying to locate my order, she then walked over the another employee and told her that they didn’t have my order. All while waiting there for 30mins and no one updating on my order status and let one associate know that I could no longer wait any more and if my order was not ready the I would just like a refund. Finally a girl with short hair name Mel when to the register and told the associate that she canceled the order. I ask Mel what her name was and what was the issue with my order, she said she canceled my order and she was trying to get in ready but now it’s cancelled. Mind you the manager or lead on shift never came to speak to me and give me an update when I kept asking for one. Im a native from the Southside of San Antonio but moved to Houston 16 years ago, we were in town to have my sons party there since both mine and husbands family live in SA and I’ve never been treated so poorly. This store is very unprofessional and the sigma of the Southside really reflects one how the employees treated me, the manger Mel did not show the reflexion of chick fil a values they hold. I end up drive to the chick fli a on Bandera close to the my party venue and they were able to help Me out with fulfilling my order without me putting in an online order in advance. They really need to train their staff better especially management and teaching your staff that it’s not very good to gossip about the customer a while standing near the customer to hear the conversation with other employees. If the manager would have just addressed me and given me an update I feel like things would have went differently. Instead of ignoring every associate that would go up to Mel and asking her the status of my order. I do think she lied because I did see her doing other things besides getting my order together like she claims, I waited a total of 40mins for Mel to just cancel my order and ignore me. I will never visit this chick fil a location again.
