I ordered food for 8 people with no ahead orders, they nicely took the order and the food was ready promptly! Many places will frown upon that or it will take a long time.

But about every 4th or 5th time when I come someone tells me “oh we can’t do that” which usually just means they don’t know how to put in the special request. Normally if I say oh I come to this location because they will do a “red flag” which mean special request at chic fil a they will do it. Not today the girl said no I don’t think we can customize fruit. And then asked someone else. How is she going to tell me no and admit she doesn’t know. Lol. Well, if they stopped doing it I’ll have to start going to a full service location that does. Unfortunately this is not a limited menu location like in a mall; the staff just isn’t trained on how to get the customer’s special order in. DisappointingZ

That was cold, so therefore, we all know it’s old,besides the taste and he basically told me there was nothing. He was gonna do not brew fresh tea or anything. cause he’s not gonna take it back, so be very careful with this restaurant and the quality of the food and the tea. Do your research people. T Lea starts growing mold after two hours of sitting in the spout and by health department standards . They can only keep it for four hours. We all know Chick-fil-A.tea quality does not last long to begin with, so don’t accept something that is not up to your standards. Especially because they’re not giving us shit for free. Just be very careful what you give your children from this restaurant. If that tea is old and is very cheap price to remake imagine the food. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially if this is how management conduct business And if this is acceptable, by the franchise owners standards, there’s an even bigger problem
