- TGTeddy GelatoJul 2, 20261.0I was disappointed with my experience at this location. A few days ago, I purchased a large diet lemonade, but it tasted extremely watered down and diluted. I’ve had the diet lemonade and regular lemonade at other locations, and they have had much better flavor. At this location, it consistently tastes weak, almost like it is being stretched too much. Today, I returned and politely asked if they could replace the drink since I had proof of purchase. I explained the issue to the manager, but he refused because I did not come back the same day. I accepted that and decided to purchase a frosty diet lemonade instead. Unfortunately, that drink also tasted very weak, with barely any lemon flavor. When I asked for a refund, the manager’s attitude changed and he became dismissive and cocky. The refund was processed, but the interaction left me feeling like customer service was not a priority. Overall, this location needs to improve both the quality of the drinks and the way customers are treated. The lemonade should not taste watered down, and customers should not feel nickel-and-dimed when raising a reasonable concern.

The whole reason I order online is so I can get in and out of drive-thru. I'm literally the ONLY car in the mobile order line. I've already checked in on the app. The drive thru line gave out food to 5 cars, and I'm still waiting. I have to honk to get the attention of the worker so I can ask for a manager. The manager came to my car right away and I explained my situation to him. He said I'll get it for you. He then looked up my order, talked to one of the employees and I guess my order was just sitting there. The worker then came out (not even the manager) and gave me my lemonade (that's literally all I ordered). No apologies, no sorry I'll look into to see what happened. I'll drive 5 more minutes to Ingram to get better service, than come here again.

The mac and cheese was from the bottom of the pan so we got the brown stuff from the bottom of the pan. Not happy about it. It is expensive enough without getting the worst part of it. I was surprised when both of them had alot of the bottom of the pans. Had to peel the macaroni off of it. I should of taken a picture of the whole thing once I took it out so you can see that the macaroni was stuck to one large piece.
