  It took about 20 minutes for our server to even approach our table. Our son works at a five star restaurant in Vail in which they need to make a table touch within one minute and 30 seconds. Very disappointing. It also took an additional 10 minutes for us to receive our beverages. The food was very good and the drinks were excellent, but the prices are very very expensive. The view is absolutely worth it. If you go, it’s worth making a reservation and not just sitting at the bar because that does not circulate.

  View was cool. Loved the rotating floor. Service was mediocre. Food was poor. French dip was dull. Parmesan crusted chicken was eh. Mashed potatoes were odd. Expected more from a Chart house.

  The food and the view were amazing. Everything was delicious and very, very tasteful. Our server, Kaileena, was the best. She recommended us dishes, appetizers, and entrees, and everything, even the bread, was spectacular. I will say the overall experience is incredible, and she helped make it more memorable.

  This is a wonderful spot for the vibes as well as the food. The service was outstanding and the interior was kept up very well. Even though there was a slight mixup with our reservation, it was remedies quickly and we didn't even have to wait an additional 5min. Great date spot. Heads up, parking is a flat $20.

  Me and my mom went tonight. It is by far the worst experience ever. Worst customer service our waiter (George) was really rude to us even made my mother cry. This experience was a total nightmare. I need to speak to a form of management regarding this incident. Note I spoke to Savannah while I was there. She was really nice and helpful but this situation needs to be addressed.
