  Be very careful with the cashier, Jaime, and the manager, Alex. I came in to get a $17.40 sandwich; when I swiped my card, the cashier told me the charge didn't go through and made me swipe it again. He then hit me with an extra charge of $78.93—on top of the $17.40 for the sandwich. They are undoubtedly stealing from people, so be on your guard.

  $17.07 for a sub par cheese steak. Refer to photo. Cashier also asked if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise on it. No one does that on a cheese steak sandwich and its not on their menu like that. Fries and drink were okay.

  This location has never been spectacular(it's in a mall) just enough to get by but the cashier was rude enough for me to leave a review her name started with an A but I'd give her an F in customer service

  If I could leave 0 stars I would, but as I'm always honest with my opinions, I will explain the reasoning behind it. Everything started out amazing the first two bites, and then the third came and so did a piece of metal from a grill brush....this was absoluey not ok and im glad I caught it before swallowing it because I didn't catch it until I was chewing on it, so yes it was already in my mouth. I'm very grateful that I didn't feed any of it to my son who is a year old tomorrow. I took the piece of metal to the counter with the sandwich and she gave me a refund. The fries were very good and glad they were bc this is all i was able to eat comfortably. Still very disappointed 😞 What if I didn't catch it and swallowed it?? This is why as a griller myself, I don't use those kind of utensils to clean my grills at home....js.
