  I love CAVA! The food is delicious! But this experience was pretty frustrating… did not realize it’s a “digital kitchen,” meaning no way to order except on your phone through the website (which you have to create an account for) or in the CAVA app. I’m sure if you order CAVA regularly it’s probably very quick and convenient. But for my business lunch, meeting someone who had very limited time to offer, the whole process of downloading the app and trying to place 2 detailed orders was just more than I wanted to take on while in a hurry and needing to be focused on the meeting topic at hand. The bright spot in the whole experience was Jayson! When the app glitched out he helped us figure it out. 5 star service and 5 star food for sure. Thanks Jayson!

  Ismary was amazing. Super helpful and hardworking to make sure our experience was good. This is a digital kitchen and you can only order only. Only frustrating thing is you cannot order inside without having the app. So kinda frustrating when youre hungry and just want to order and eat. Definitely would recommend a separate menu for walk ins would be more inviting. Other then that staff was great.

  I’ve had cava once before at a different location. Come to find out at this location is different than all the other locations in San Antonio. What could have been a frustrating experience since of course I am coming to Cava hungry-ready to eat, wasn’t that thanks to Leah’s compassion and understanding. She made me feel as if I was a guest in her home. She walked me through how to order on the app, explaining the process at this store. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me.

  Genuinely somehow the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had 💀 Not even mad just flabbergasted. Not sure why it would be so hard to just have someone available to quickly take orders. Had to download an app that wasn’t super user friendly and somehow we ended up paying for pitas with no protein? They added some for us after but it was a huge greasy mess and idek. Just a weird vibe felt like walking into ikea, like liminal space idk. If you hate talking to people then this is the perfect place for you cause there’s barely any human interaction :D just a fend for yourself type deal 👍

  This was ironically, the best customer service I’ve had at a Cava considering being a digital kitchen. They were very helpful when I was having trouble with ordering on the website. Everyone was super friendly and specifically ismary, she’s the G.O.A.T. She was able to help me through the process of the order issues and offered to throw in a drink for the inconvenience. That’s what customer service is all about. She definitely put a smile on my face today. 🤙 Thanks Ismary.
