  Love me some Cava but I have to get flowers when it’s due!! Benjamin is always fantastic - checking out or being served by him is a treat!!! Always get the order done and makes the interaction so positive & seamless that you leave with a smile 😇😇 I didn’t feel welcome in the atmosphere of the establishment UNTIL I had the customer service experience with Benjamin ! 10/10 yasss ✨👏🏽

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to Benjamin! He provided outstanding customer service, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way he does. Benjamin’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made my visit even better. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had!!! 10/10

  I was so impressed with my visit today. A gentleman named Benjamin was helping me and he did everything right. What customer service used to be and should be! I even watched him wash his hands after using the cash register with the guest in front of me and then turn the taps off with paper towel. Great food safety measures. He helped me with my order and accommodated my unusual requests due to allergies quickly and efficiently. Every customer service position should be treated the way Benjamin treats his work.

  Cava continues to be a standout. The **food is consistently excellent**, and the atmosphere always hits the right note—welcoming and perfectly tuned for a great evening. A huge thank you to the entire service team, and a **special shout-out to Ben and Shelley**. The staff is consistently attentive and professional, making the entire experience feel seamless. It’s rare to find a spot that balances top-tier cuisine with such genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!
