- TETessa ElderMay 7, 20261.0I placed an online order for pickup as I live around the corner. What was supposed to be a quick pick up on my lunch break ended up taking 45 mins!!!! When I finally made it to the drive through window. After waiting for 45 mins. She couldn't seem to locate my order. She then disappeared for awhile and came back with my order. She said she made it herself just now. The only saving grace is my food was fresh and made correctly. But the whole point of ordering food online and going through the drive through is for it to be fast. I was almost late coming back to work. Thank goodness I live close. This needs to be addressed. It was beyond ridiculous!!!!

- ADAlex DiazMay 3, 20261.0I came to grab a quick breakfast, the older Hispanic lady came to the register, her attitude was not the best but that's not my main concern, as she was was taking my order she started coughing and covering her mouth while she did it. After that, she proceeded to make some of the orders and also mine, grabbing food with the same hand she coughed on, I'm sorry but that's just disgusting. I wanted to cancel my order but she seem in a bad mood and I had to go back to work. Please tell your employees its okay to be sick but is not okay to cough on your hand and the handle food.

I just got finished with a 15 hour day and needed to get out quick. Im still going to give 5 stars, but please take peoples time into consideration. Were there for fast quick food. If i wanted to wait 20 min i could have gotten a fajita plate or something somewhere else.
