  This is our first time at Buffalo wild wings. After miscommunication on our part, the staff at this location was beyond helpful. Lily at the front was very friendly And Mia the manager made my sons birthday a memory

  This place was so dirty. The floors were gross showed up at 11:05 when they opened. The bathrooms were filthy. They obviously did not clean last night, but when they closed.

  We used to love coming here. But the place has gone downhill. Last night was the dining experience from hell. It took us longer than quoted to be seated while there were so many empty seats that we could see. Then the hostess sat us, mind you a family of 4 at a table that only had 3 chairs! We had to drag a chair from another table! It just gets worse from there. The waitress, Abcde, was terrible but we still gave her an 18% tip that she didn’t deserve. She brought the appetizer and we asked for ranch that never came. Then she disappeared in the bathroom for over 20 minutes, still no ranch, and during that time the onion rings were already eaten so never got the ranch. The order came out wrong, with fries instead of tots, and she did offer to bring out the tots, but declined because every time we made a request she never followed through. The food was cold when it came to the table, not enough dressing for the salad and waited over 30 minutes for the dressing. Tried to get a to go box and she kept forgetting so we sat for over an hour at this terrible experience. Never going back to this location after last night.

  The staple of your company is literally the sauces, so why are y'all so stingy with the sauce? My wings were so dry with barely any sauce on it, and I asked for extra sauce but my request was ignored. Of course this was an online order. Disappointed, but this is not the first time so I think I've learned my lesson now and won't be returning.
