    I have never been in a BWW that is so slow. 20 min to order and 40 min after and we still don’t have our food.

    I paid 4.86 for fries that weren't topped off/full? I understand not overflowing but the amount of fries I received for the price was not even close to adequate. Container was shockingly huge for the amount of fries received.

    Placed an online order at 6:40. Expected time of pick up is 7. I show up at 7 and food wasn’t done until 7:40. Do yourself a favor and use a different location

    First of all the hostess asked us where we wanted to sit and we said the booth and she said go ahead , so we go sit in the booth and we are waiting for someone to come greet us and ask what drinks we would like . After trying to call someone for about 10 mins I finally go up to the hostess and ask if anyone is going to come to us . She said “ohh those tables are closed” like excuse me you see us sitting over here and don’t bother to come and move us??? So we move . Our waiter was closing out another table so we gave her time no biggie . Finally ordered our drinks (beer)those come out nice and cold . We ordered our food at 10pm. We also ordered 2 sweet teas and didn’t get those till about 20-25 mins later. Other tables are arriving with 4-6people for 2 tables . Keep in mind we were a table of 2 people . The other tables food came out way before our food so we finally get the food at 10:45pm after both of those tables have been served their food . I question why did they get their food before us and we didn’t order a lot not at all? She apologized and I mention the food is cold and wing sauce is dry and cold . We were still missing the tater tots at that . So she offers to remake the food and I kindly declined because I didn’t want to wait any longer . She still put the order for remake. Food came out within 7-10 mins . Great this food is warm but still messed up the order . Still missing tots . Wanted boneless and got bone in. Kept the food and ate the food that was warm . Servers name was Valerie, maybe once or twice she checked on us which I feel is very unprofessional . Both teas needed refills . Finally looked at the bill it was 49$ . I did not feel satisfied to pay that much so we ask if there can be something takin off to reduce the total . Went down to 43$. Only 6$ like be so for real . Kept going back and forth with some guy so didn’t want to continue so just paid the 43$ . Still was not satisfied with the over all dinner. Very disappointed

    We ordered 2 appetizers and 7 meals. When our appetizers arrived our order of cheese curds seemed rather small for the $11 price tag. I verified the price with our waitress and asked her to take them back and remove them from our order. A couple of minutes later she returned with the kitchen manager who apologized for our dissatisfaction and offered to comp the appetizer. I asked if he thought that was an appropriate amount for $11, he responded "we have to weigh our portions". A few moments later he returned and explained that they had keyed in the side order rather than the appetizer. About 10 minutes later 2 of our meals arrived and seemed to be correct. 10 minutes after 3 more meals arrived. My wife's sandwich did not have the grilled and green onions mentioned on the menu. Her sandwich was taken back to the kitchen and promptly returned with green onions but still missing the grilled onions. At this point I asked about my youngest daughters and my meal. The young lady went back to the kitchen to retrieve them. Several minutes later I checked the tab on the electronic device on the table and noticed these two meals were not mentioned on our tab. This leads me to belive that our meals were not keyed in at all. By the time our last two meals arrived everyone at the table had finished thier food except my wife who still had not revived her onions. And my wings were finished with the wrong sauce. At this point we asked for the manager and described our experience. She offered to take care of both appetizers and my wife's now onion-less cold sandwich. When we received our check I noticed that we were being billed for 2 drinks that should have been included with the meals that were ordered, a side of sauce (one meal was ordered with the sauce on the side), and a side of grilled onions that were saposed to come with my wife's sandwich. During our meal 3 of us never recived drink refills. Im told the women's room was in desperate need of attention. We will not be returning this location and will need to allow some time to pass before returning to another Buffalo Wild Wings.
