  So never have I ever been to a BDubs that serves 7 fried pickles for $9 as an appetizer! Smh will never come back to This location! HORRIBLE! And the server didn’t even try to replace it or fix it!

  This was my first time at this location 📍. We came here for lunch. We seated ourselves. The server came over quick and greeted us and started taking our order. Lunch was really good. Food came out what we wanted. They had lunch special on wings so we all got that thanks to help of our server. Everything was cleaned 🛀 no mess and lovely staff members. i highly recommend.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I’m done. Every time my boyfriend and I eat here, we end up feeling sick afterward. On top of that, I’ve placed two separate online orders, paid in full, showed up, and the store was already closed with the doors locked. They still took my money, and despite calling for a refund, I never received it. They seriously need to shut off online ordering once the store is closed so customers aren’t wasting time and money. The food quality is just as disappointing wings are always dry, and when I ask for extra sauce, the containers aren’t even halfway filled. Pickup is another issue. Every time we go, we’re left waiting 15–30 minutes before anyone even comes out to help. And if you forget something like a fork or extra sauce, don’t expect anyone to come back you’re basically ignored. I used to come here for convenience, but it’s not worth it anymore. Between getting sick, poor service, and not getting refunded, I won’t be coming back.

  Our waitress was so nice and came to greet us right away. Food come out fast also. No complaints honestly. I go out of way to this location instead off the one closer to me

  This is the second time I've ordered a 6 piece bone-in wings and received only 5. The first time happened with DoorDash and they refunded me part of my money, but this time I ordered with the app, and there's no option for me to rate my order. DO NOT come to this location!
