  What has happened to this place? They keep going downhill. Why does a bartender pick up a drink when there is two inches left in the bottom of the glass? They tell you they will top off your beer, then ignore you. The food? Well, that seems to be going downhill too. Sorry, this used to be a favorite but not anymore.

  Celebrated my daughter's birthday her and I think I like there wings better than wing stop. They had a the bottomless app for appetizers, where you could order, fried pickles, cheese sticks chips and queso and onion rings for dine in.Had the jerk chicken wings, hamburgers for my guest. Coors light on tap was $5, not bad. Dwayne"The Rock" was our guy that took our order, took care while we we're there and provided great service. Thanks Dwayne!

  ** Customer Service ** Usually when I come here the front counter takes a few minutes before someone comes to seat you unless your going to the bar. Once seated it didn't take long this time to order our food. Our drinks arrived 10 minutes after we ordered them which I feel was kinda long considering it wasn't PACKED. Managers periodically after I asked about our drinks would stop by, but we didn't get napkins with our food, our drinks werent always full, and the server wasn't as attentive as one would hope. ** Food Quality ** I'll say that B dubs never disappoints with their food. A1, and it was so good. If your looking for some good wings, burger, onions rings you wont be disappointed here. ** Overall Experience ** Other than the lack of customer service, maybe because there was a UFC fight, ive seen this place more packed. Drinks not full at times, and taking minutes to being refills, and not coming to bring our ticket for over 10 min. We waited alot for our server. Good thing there are TVs to watch to keep us busy. The food is good and I enjoyed the game. I'd prolly recommend another b dubs for better customer experience or sit at the bar.

  I've never felt the need to leave a bad review since it makes me feel bad but my Saturday night here was awful. Cold food, no napkins, almost every table dirty and I've never smelled bathrooms so toxic. Everyone was probably trying their best but it sure was a confusing time. I also know the food service industry is extremely hard but why'd y'all have to treat me like an inconvenience? I was trying to cheer myself up and have a warm meal

  Went here on Sat night, the place was dead. That should have been our first red flag to bounce. We sat at the bar and after about 15 mins finally got asked what we’d like to drink? We never got menu’s so I went on my app menu …. Never got acknowledge then finally I stopped the guy and asked if the menu on the app was the same, he said no so I said then can I get a real menu . We finally ordered , I got my 6 piece bday wings husband got something else. They come out with no ranch, utensils and no napkins we have to wait again to catch him for all that . While we were there the guy sitting next to us was given a glass with a chip and crack in it ! This place is a hot mess . speaking of hot their ac was working at 70% we heard one of the employees say this when asked if they could turn down the air .
