    ⭐️ 1 Star — Hopefully just a really off day. Unfortunately, our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was pretty disappointing. First, there was a strong toilet/sewer-type smell throughout the restaurant. Hopefully that was just a temporary plumbing issue and it has been taken care of, because it definitely made the dining experience less enjoyable. The service was another issue. Our waitress seemed very overwhelmed by how “packed” the restaurant was. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, but it was around 1 PM and there appeared to be maybe five tables total being managed. It seemed like the staff were having a much harder time keeping up than you would expect with that number of customers. Then our food arrived — and unfortunately, almost everything was cold. Our drinks were also empty for quite a while. We were sitting there with cold food and nothing to drink, and eventually I actually had to call the restaurant from my booth to ask for a refill. Yes, I called the restaurant… while I was inside the restaurant. 😂 At that point, I had to laugh because what else can you do? “Hi, I’m currently sitting at one of your tables and my family would really appreciate something to drink.” I understand that employees have bad days, restaurants can have unexpected problems, and sometimes things just don’t go smoothly. I’m not expecting perfection. But when you combine the unpleasant smell, slow/scattered service, cold food, and difficulty getting a simple drink refill, it made for a pretty frustrating lunch. Hopefully this was just an unusually rough day and not the normal experience. Hopefully the food temperature, service, and whatever was causing the smell have all been addressed. We really just wanted a simple lunch and ended up with an experience that was unfortunately memorable for all the wrong reasons. 😅 HEY!! THE PEACH TEA THOUGH!! BUSSIN 🤙🏼

    *im a bit late writing this review but it needed to happen* To keep it short and sweet - my group of 5 came in to watch the FIFA cup. When we got there, it was not crowded at all, but could tell they were short staffed. We ordered our food about 1:30pm. By 3pm, we hadn’t gotten our food yet, it was then packed, and people around us got their food (came and ordered way after us). I proceeded to the front desk, he went to check on the food, about 15 minutes later the food came out and he stated the waitress “had lost track.” Food came out, someone’s chicken sandwich was cooked extra long, it was semi burnt and dry. Another order was the complete wrong order. We ended up getting the right order and a recooked chicken sandwich. Our actual waitress though came by after and said “yall good?” Not once apologized or even acknowledged the wait time nor the things wrong with the order. Food ain’t that good to deal with all that. & yes we could’ve left, but we were already mid-game and really hungry. Didn’t leave til bout 4-430pm. Not to mention a whole family that came shortly after us ended up leaving and said they were taking forever so they just paid for their drinks and left.

    My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 5:50pm and headed straight to the bar as we have done at this location numerous times before. We were preparing to sit down when an employee came up from behind the bar to greet us. She immediately asked us for our ID’s. Even though I am 65yrs plus I showed her my ID through my wallet which shows date of birth. She then asked that I remove the ID from my wallet. I complied but then she attempted to take it out of my hand. I told her, with all due respect, I am not going to surrender my ID. She then asked we sit elsewhere other than the bar as it is a company policy. Granted, at this point we had not placed a drink order nor had she asked us. I didn’t realize Buffalo Wild Wings required ID to sit at the bar. I asked if I could speak with a manager. She told us that she was the kitchen manager. Kitchen manager behind the bar ? Oh well, maybe they’re short handed. We left and decided to take our business to another restaurant in the area.

    We come here every Tuesday for the BOGO wing deal and always have a good experience. Our server, Jera, was awesome! She was super personable and we found out we’re both from the same state, which was really cool. I was bummed they were out of my favorite beer, but that obviously wasn’t her fault. She was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also stopped by our table to check on us and she was super nice. Great service all around. We’ll definitely be back next Tuesday!

    My son and I came or have dinner and it not a very good experience. We were sat down and were told someone would be right with us, we waited a while before someone came to take our drink/food order. The waiter replied with " I don't see y'all sitting here". Then I ordered a classic chicken wrap with no cheese which he then replied with it doesn't come with cheese. I said ok they brought our fried pickles to us and they were still doughy and not fully cooked, most of them were stuck together and not very good. When he waiter brought us our food I was given a classic chicken sandwich! I did not order that,he didn't repeat the order to us before he left to place it. I did not bother to say anything because the last we had ordered fries with lemon seasoning it didn't have any, that time I did ask the girl for it and it was never brought to us. He did not come to check on us only to give us the check because I wanted to pay in cash. This was not a very good experience.
